Monalisa Bar & Restaurant

We went here before visiting the Mua Cave. They take card for payment. The owners were kind and let us park our scooters before and after we ate. We ordered the “special sandwich” - falafel, avocado, pumpkin, and other veg. It came with fries. We split it, and we were glad because it was very filling. While the sandwich was delicious, we did see a pizza come out of the oven for someone else after we ordered. And wow! It looked so good. Maybe next time for us…

We loved this place. Delicious food and great service. We really enjoyed the salad, spring rolls, and pizza. Great atmosphere as well.

Best pizza so far - wood fired - nice, thin base with stringy mozzarella - excellent value and good preparation for a walk up the mountain - will be having another beer here when the walking is done.

Great Italian style pizza, cappuccino was good if you want pizza this is it. Prosciutto was a good choice.

Being European, I didn’t necessarily come to Vietnam for pizza but it was pouring with rain and we headed for the first restaurant we could find. We landed here and were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the pizza, which I really did not expect to find here! Very nice pizza and dough especially, and it seemed freshly made and baked in the massive pizza oven. Very nice staff as well and we were served very quickly!

Arrived at the viewpoint very hungry so thought we’d get a meal before we went up. Walked around and found this place that looked to have a lovely atmosphere and free wifi. Had the most delicious sandwich I’ve had in a long time! It was 100,000 dong so around £3.50 and worth every penny. Came with fries too! The pizzas also looked phenomenal and if we weren’t leaving Ninh Binh today, we would certainly come back. 100% recommend!

Delicious food and drinks. Perfect for your late visit after watching the sunset on the viewpoint. The pizza can keep up with the Italians. Super friendly staff. You can even pay by credit card.

Highly recommended, especially if you are looking for a little break from noodles and rice 😅 The owners are lovely, and the food was generous and super tasty. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Will be back for sure ❤

We passed by to eat the pizzas (as they looked really good) but unfortunately they were making more dough (as it ended right when we got there) so we ended up choosing the beef burguer. We really liked it for a change! Also the fruit smoothie was really tasty. Their specialty seems the fast food as we also ordered the Pho Gà but they seemed packaged noodles. Asides from that the vibe was really nice and chill and the staff was highly friendly and helpful.

Was recommend this place by a friend after him saying was the best pizza he had ever had. We stopped in and we were not disappointed. The staff are very friendly, the pizza is the best we have ever had (especially the margarita) and the smoothies are amazing! Highly recommend this place!

Finally a place with relaxing music other than awful pop. I had no expectations for the pizza but it was truely delicious, the fries as well. We shared the large pizza for two people and with the fries, it was plenty sufficient.

The Pizza was really good, better than all the other Pizzas we had in Vietnam! Even the cappuccino was good :D my friend had the Falafel Burger it was great too! Very nice and polite Service.
10/10 would recommend!

Had a great early dinner here tonight. 20% off the bill between 4-6 pm which is amazing. The chicken schnitzel and the carbonara were excellent selections. Love the atmosphere here as it was clean and very open. Staff were friendly and had good English skills

A delicious Pizza cooked with high quality ingredients and exceptional service in a traditional pizza stove. Would highly recommend for those wanting a break of eastern food.

Had woodfired pizzas (Margherita and Carbonara) and egg coffee. It was really good. We cheated and had some western food, was really good 😄 Would recommend the coffee and Margherita!
