Hotel Nikko Saigon

Fantastic Hotel with splendid service! I believe the Hotel is part of a Japanese chain. The hospitality was warm and courteous. The staff were very polite. Rooms were a nice size with very comfortable beds. The toilet is separate to the bathroom and is a little on the small side, they did however have the Japanese electric toilet which was fun :).

All in all, a great hotel and would highly recommend! I forgot to mention - the breakfast spread was amazing!

Lovely hotel in District 1. The staff were enormously helpful and friendly, to the point of even locating a plug for my phone when we arrived a bit too early for check in. The food was amazing there, in both restaurants, and the service from all staff was fabulous. Rooms very clean and nice atmosphere in the hotel. Lovely place in lounge to sit and enjoy a drink end of day.

Very good hotel for the money, rooms are clean but slightly dated as hotel is quite old. But matches the quality of Novotel/Intercontinental at a lower price.

Breakfast has lots of variety and is nice, 8/10 overall for breakfast.

Japanese restaurant on the lobby floor isn’t that great. It’s expensive but not very nice. The food is very pretty though. 5/10 for taste but 10/10 for presentation. I’d recommend trying for the experience but don’t expect the best tasting food.

Great location, close to most attractions in HCMC. The staff were amazing, friendly and genuinely accommodating. Room spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable.

Delivered 1st class service when found it was wife's birthday, surprised delicious cake following day, unexpectedly - thank you.

Only negative - the lifts too slow and need to be patience!. Also room amenities for single person, although booked double, had to ask house-keeping daily!

We have stayed at Hotel Nikko many times when in Ho Chi Minh. It is definitely a favourite of ours. The pool is wonderful with lots of loungers and you can order food too. The breakfast buffet is great such a huge variety of food. Wonderful staff too. Cocktails in the lobby bar is a highlight. The rooms are incredible, beautiful decor, very modern. If you haven't visited the Nikko we recommend it.
Even though out of the city centre, it is an easy taxi ride anywhere.
Beside the hotel is a shopping plaza with 4 levels of shopping and food area with restaurants.

Having stayed at multiple 5 star hotels in various cities in Vietnam I can confidently say you will not find a space with better service than here. They are a notch above the rest and will do everything they can to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Definitely a top notch hotel in Vietnam! The staff were amazing and the room was spectacular! The breakfast was amazing with so many choices! I would definitely stay here every time I come back to Vietnam.

Room was so clean, staff members were so friendly and facilities were great!
Note that the location is amazing for those wanting to explore district 1. However it is a 10 min car drive from Ben Thanh and tourist attractions.

We are minutes away from checking out after a 4 night stay and it was quite possibly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. We stayed in a king bed room that provided access to the 23rd floor executive lounge, and came with a daily complimentary breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and happy hour. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the service staff is as friendly and helpful as you will find. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the Pho broth was as close to homemade as I’ve ever tasted (my wife is Vietnamese and she and my mother in law both make wonderful Pho). I highly recommend Hotel Nikko and will gladly stay here again.

We went for the seafood buffet and it was magnificent, it would be one of the most extensive buffet's I have been too, there is unlimited lobster and crabs in different sauces and made to order and also includes house wine, beer and soft drink, it is great value. Service is also friendly and very efficient.

We were really impressed with this hotel. The service is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is not to be missed, whether included in your room or not!

We stayed in a spacious club room with all the amneties one could hope for. The japanese toilet is very nice and I will look into getting one for home. All the staff were extremly friendly and helpfull. Specially the ladies in the lounge went out of their way to make one feel well taken care of. On the second day they know how people like having their things.
The location is not the best possible, but it`s easy and very affordable to get around with ”grab”.

I held my wedding here. The service was amazing, the room was clean and beautiful, and the staff were the kindest and the most helpful and very professional. Highly recommended for all future grooms and brides!

The only reason this place received 5 star there was no option to give them more. Awesome breakfast, free shuttle, great staff, nice pool and great room.

Everything was perfect!! Excellent customer service and breakfast was quite better than I expected!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends whenever they travel Saigon.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a positive experience. They are receptive to feedback, and the staff, were highly professional and responsive. With some minor improvements, this hotel has the potential to become exceptional. I look forward to returning and witnessing the positive changes.

It is like 7 km away from DT, elegant large reception, and Looby, we tried their Japanese restaurant located on the ground floor, called 5 Senses, it was an amazing experience, and top quality food with Master Chef, recommend
