All around best dining experience in Saigon. Stunning decor, attentive and knowledgeable staff - and amazing food. Best wine list in the city. Love the banquette style booths upstairs. Will be my go-to for special occasions.

I had the lobster roll starter, duck breast main. Both perfectly cooked and seasoned. Bottle of Chilean Merlot paired up nicely.

I simply love this place. The food is fantastic, the service is good and the place has a great interior design. Very relaxing.

Stumbled on the restaurant on our last night in HCMC as we were walking around looking for some simple fair.

Had originally planned to have a fancy dinner at the hotel to celebrate our 45th anniversary but decided to go for something simple.

Saw the restaurant, decided to give it a try even though it was a little more upmarket than what we were looking for and my wife said, she recognised it from a Luke Nguyen episode.

Turned out to be our most memorable anniversary dinner. Food was excellent, service impeccable and well matched wine list.

Luke certainly put a lot of thought and passion into what and how he serves his customers.

This is certainly on a must do/bucket list item.

Had lunch and dinner here. Both excellent. The food is Vietnamese as you would guess but a bit westernized. Full bar with great wine. The decor is amazing, I felt like I was in the 20s. Staff always there at attention, great English. Highly recommend you try it and then go shopping at the silk stores on the same street to walk it off ;). And, 18 months later I’m back for the at least 6th time and was wowed by the service of Trieu.

A beautiful restaurant. Staff were very attentive and helpful.the meal was the best I had in Vietnam. Tasty and beautifully presented. It was much more expensive that others we tried but by far the best. We had 3 courses and a bottle of wine which came to just under £100. Would have been much more in the UK. Perfect place for a special occasion.

Wonderful service, delicious food, amazing ambience. Expect top-notch authentic Vietnamese cuisine, with great flavors in each dish. You know the fried Lobster rolls are the right order choice when every table around you is getting one!
We love the fried dragon beans, and the mango salad. Try the caramelised grouper fish if you like seafood.
Be sure to make reservation via their online website in advance as it can be full during dinner hours.

This restaurant was recommended to me so naturally I went to check it out. They said it's a Michelin Star worthy so I expected the food to be delicious. Restaurant is very nice looking, service is fanstastic, menu is fancy, prices as well, but unfortunately the food was not so great. It was average at most. Beautifuly served and it looked great, but I tastier food in not so fancy local restaurants. So food gets 4 stars everything else is 5 stars!

Our first night in Vietnam we visited Luke Nguyen’s restaurant “Vietnamese House”. As a Michelin guide restaurant we were excited. The experience certainly lived up to our expectations and beyond with the cost being the same as our local average restaurant in Aus. Beware of the French wine. Hubby ordered after quite a few drinks. Although delicious it will increase the bill significantly $220 Aus😆 The food, service and ambiance was amazing. I can not praise it enough. It is a must visit for food lovers . Fine dining at its best.

We were a little nervous after reading reviews about the dress code, so my husband and I made sure to dress accordingly but upon arrival it was far more relaxed than I’d anticipated. The food was outstanding. Every dish we tried blew us away. Incredible flavours, beautiful presentation, and different to any other Vietnamese food I have eaten. I love what the chefs are doing here. I just wish they would open one in Melbourne!

Every dish was excellent. Laksa’s whisper cocktail was recommended - with a fantastic chili, fruity, Gin taste.

Yum! Delicious food, beautiful restaurant and lovely service. Fine dining in the heart of Saigon. Traditional Vietnamese dishes with a modern twist. Flavours are unreal. The Cobia fish was a personal highlight. We had the set menu for 1.3milloon VND pp. Paired with a delicious cocktail. Loved it for a fine dining choice in Saigon

Delicious elevated Vietnamese cuisine. Restaurant ambience was good. Service staff was attentive and speaks well. Fine dining like you would expect at high end restaurants.

I have nothing to say but the word "outstanding", everything here was so perfect, the dish had bold specificity of traditional vietnamese food, the flavour was stunning, staffs were friendly and helpful, definitely will come back and i will recommend vietnamhouse to my friends ☺

What a find this is. Makes up for my earlier disappointing Vietnamese fine dining experience in Saigon. Really all round 5 stars, from the ambience to service and most importantly the food. Started with lobster roll and it was the best I've have eaten. Perfect with the sauce. Crab crepe was very novel never had it anywhere else and it turned out great-crepe with crab or oriental crepe haha. The xo garupa fish was excellent and the purple short fried rice was full of seafood richness. Please come visit if you are in Saigon.

Vietnam House offers a contemporary take on authentic Vietnamese food. I recommend you try the authentic dishes at local shops before heading to Vietnam House. The food is excellent, and the ambience is lovely. House Wines are certainly overpriced, so you may skip that. Just stick to the food. I went alone, so I could only try two dishes, but I am excited to come back here again and try more dishes with my partner. I highly recommend this place if you are in Ho Chi Minh City and looking for the fancy side of Vietnamese cuisine.

It is known that the Vietnamese pho restaurant was founded by three young Vietnamese friends. The dishes here are special dishes from Vietnam with the enthusiasm, experience and love for the profession that the young people have brought. Vietnamese cuisine comes to the world. Thank you young people.
