Novotel Saigon Centre

Had a very good stay here. The location is excellent. The room was modern and comfortable if a bit small. The bathroom was very good, breakfast was great too. Staff was very friendly. Only two lifts to rooms and one to the rooftop bar meant waiting for the lift was a bit problematic, otherwise highly recommended.

we got a warm welcome when we checked in. the receptionist upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early. thanks to accor card too. they also sent the welcome drink voucher and welcome pastries to our room.

in the morning, we were stunned by the beauty of the sunrise. lovely. we were able to take so many beautiful pictures for souvenir.

we tried out the breakfast buffet and it is great, especially the freshly brewed Vietnamese coffee. there is a wide selection of food and fruits. some of the fruits like watermelon, papaya, banana, honeydew are so sweet.

the staff are very well trained. polite and helpful. i like that the staff serve with a sincere smile. the staff at the restaurant remembered us and even our room number. the bell boy came promptly to our car to help us with our luggage when we arrived. it is much appreciated because of our heavy luggage.

the pool is big but the water is cold. it would be good to go for the free sauna or steam bath first and come to the pool to cool off. i like that pool towels are provided.

the hotel is nicely located in the center of Saigon. you can get around easily by bus or other public transport.

the room is comfy and spacious. i like that there are 4 big pillows and a few small ones. there is also a sofa and a chair. there are many power outlets.

I enjoyed a fantastic experience with all the staff. They were very attentive during my 3 week stay. Highly recommend to any visitors to Saigon. Well done to the management team for my excellent experience.

The experience and food for our Thanksgiving buffet dinner was excellent.
Sat us at good table with space and view. Menu had something for everyone. Food absolutely delicious. Service great; competent and with humor. Expensive and can say, was worth it.

While a bit on the expensive side, you get what you pay for as the rooms are clean, the amenities are nice and you get diverse breakfast options. The gym, pool, spa and Rooftop Bar are never too busy so it's great.

It is ideally located and at walking distance from the historical center and District 1 where most of the monument and activites are.
The neighborhood is lively and you can stroll around at any hour as it is pretty safe.

Great service all around. Front desk, room attendants, restaurant staff, and the concierge team were all helpful and friendly. Concierge, Nhon aka Jason, was particularly helpful and made our stay at Novotel Saigon more pleasant. Breakfast food everyday was delicious. I enjoyed the coffee station as well as the local fruits very much!

* STAFF - The staff are very attentive and the rooms are clean. The lobby staff gave us some good travel advice

* EXECUTIVE LOUNGE - the cocktails at the executive lounge are very good.

* LOBBY BAR - We are very impressed that the juice are freshly made on the spot as we used the welcome drink coupon to redeem the fresh juice.

* BREAKFAST - Good selection of food. In addition, it is our first time to see a real barista making coffee on the spot using the traditional coffee machine that you see at coffee shop (not those automatic machine)

The location was great to see everything that is interesting in Ho Chi Minh. The room had a good view and it was in a very good condition. We loved the rooftop bar with a great DJ on Tuesday Nov 21.
However, the most significant event was the piece of cake for my birthday with a beautiful card. How lovely!

Clean and comfortable rooms, smart communal areas also very clean. The chief concierge Nhut was brilliant and helped me out with a problem that was way beyond my expectations for service. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel situated pretty well. Is very much a business hub so no kids is fantastic. Also has a roof top bar is great for hang out pr pre drinks before hitting town. Everything is very clean and tidy. Staff is very friendly and very much ready to help. Can exchange money at hotel which is convenient instead of getting scammed on the streets. Across the road is a convenience store open 24hrs.
Pool is very clean. Only down side gets no sun at all is a peacful space but no sun soo kinda pointless. Has a little gym with basic equipment. massage is aswell in hotel great prices and convenient.

The front counter staff, bellboys to the cleaning service staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks to Mr Nyut (customer service staff, not sure his work title)for his helpful tips and patience. Overall, our stay at Novotel has been very pleasant. We are impressed with the services provided by the hotel staff. Do keep up the good work.

Overall good experience. Atttentive hotel staff. Room, food and location were good as per expectations.

The kids were however disappointed that they could not enjoy the swimming pool as the water was freezing cold.

Service was very good. The room is clean and comfy , but doesn't have bidet which is normal there. We checked out early around 5am and the hotel packed our breakfast early.

Nothing is as sweet as getting a free upgrade to suite. Clean and well serviced staff across all. centralised location, walking distance to District 1. Recommended for all.

By far one of the better Novotel hotels in Southeast Asia.
Have been staying here whenever i am in HCM for business.
There is always a room upgrade provided (for Accor Platinum members) without having to ask for it upon check in.
Location is ideal as there are numerous bars/restaurants all within walking distance.
No shortages of Grab drivers in the vicinity so you can get a driver relatively quickly (within 5 minutes) to get to wherever you need in HCM.
Rooms are clean and quiet with all basic amenities provided.
Staff and warm and friendly; highly recommended for business travelers.

Food was great just a little notice on the air condition in the breakfast area which was too direct to the head at some places other than that just great experience to stay at NOVOTEL.

The best on its class on this district. Good for business traveler, room is really modern and clean. Breakfast was super but not sure if there's halal food, I just recommend muslim to get toast, salads, smoked fish, sauted veggies (on salad sections)
