New World Saigon Hotel

I spent the day at Splash Pool Bar and paid 400,000 dong for the day pass but I can say it is far more than worth it. The staff are incredible. Hoang, and the other bartender were so sweet and made me feel very welcome, I highly recommend this place solely for the service and attention to detail for the staff members especially the bartenders. I highly recommend coming to the pool even if it’s just for the day. The drinks were incredible and they even acknowledged the things I liked in my cocktails and made me amazing drinks based off what I liked.

The location is great. The rooms are clean, only downside is the carpet. It is a old and dusty. Delicious open-buffet breakfast with local food options!! Love the noodle soup. I would like to give special thanks to Annie, Ho, Chloe and Holy. They were all so helpful and kind at the Residence Club, which offers a nice selection of foods and drinks and has a pretty roof terrace. I'll definitely come back.

Upgrade to a club access room for an elevated experience that is worth every cent. A beautiful hotel in a great location with service and facilities to match. The hotel attracts a corporate customer but don’t be put off by this, there are great leisure facilities to enjoy.

We had an amazing experience at New World Hotel in Ho Chi Minh. We had originally booked for the Rex Hotel however had to extend our booking a day earlier and they could not accommodate us. We then booked New World and I am so glad we did. The staff have been extraordinarily welcoming and ready to assist with anything they are able. We booked the Residence Club Premier room, which gave us access to their cocktail and canapes in the Resident Club Room (level 10). Now we have stayed in a number of hotels with club access and I can say that the inclusion in this club room exceeded expectations. There is a wide variety of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The staff were very friendly and were happy to help out or just have a chat if you look too lonely! Big shout out to Holy, Leo, Van and Venus for the great conversations, restaurant suggests and amazing service.

The Residence Club Premier room itself was spacious and well maintained, room cleaning was thorough and detailed. Our overall experience was truly exceptional and we would most certainly stay in a New World Hotel again.

Wonderful wonderful! What else to say about this hotel?
The pool is huge and luxurious! The location is extremely convenient. The pool service team is so great! Shout out to Bow in the pool service and Tre in Black Vinegar restaurant. My stay in New world alone makes me want to come back to HCMC! Wish I could give six stars.

Right in the heart of the city, so easy access to all local amenities. Walkable.
Enjoyed the Pool facilities. My stay was too short for Spa and Fitness. Perhaps an option to enjoy these for short stay tourists would be good.
Also, would suggest an option for currency exchange service in the hotel, as only the local Dong is acceptable. Cards, not an ideal choice for local trade. Would advice caution.

Just wanted to add, saw Mr Wagner having breakfast whilst I was too. It's a comforting and assuring thought that he too enjoys the comfort of his hotels. ( initially mistook him for the Amazon Boss!, but the dining room staff cleared the doubt!)

Already posted a good review about this hotel but forgot to mention their security team at the front, it just shows how much we can’t get enough of this place!

The security team / door-mans are always friendly and welcoming. I feel safe especially walking outside and they’re so helpful with our belongings. Mr Thanh but also the team we’ve met has been very lovely towards us during the whole time we were there. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. See you all soon again!

My favourite hotel in the whole world! I’m not kidding. The amenities, location, views, and most importantly beautiful service staff and ambiance created make this a truly special place to stay. I would live here if I could!

A special shoutout to Chloe from the Residence Club and Tam from the lobby, who exemplified the beautiful nature of all New World staff. Chloe is an incredibly warm and helpful staff who always made our day every time we conversed. Tam assisted us by personally paying for our arrive taxi when we didn’t have any cash with us and card was not an option, going above and beyond what would ever be expected. The exact same can be said of Chloe and the assistance she has provided. These are themes also truly shared by all staff we have encountered at New World, and it is the staff who make New World the wonderful destination that it is.

Last weekend, I and some foreign friends went to New World to swim and we were welcomed by Mr. Andrew the club manager, he led us to the pool, served us with welcome drinks and towels. We have never met someone who is friendly and funny like him, he also gave us a lot of suggestions on where we could visit on our first visit to Saigon. The pool staff was also very enthusiastic, he asked us so many times if there was anything they could help us with, the pool was nice and everything was perfect. This experience was beyond our expectations and if it is true that all the staff of new world are so kind and thoughtful, next time we will book this hotel so we can experience more.

This is the first time we have stayed at the New World. We came here for a couple of nights on our way back to UK..... And I have to say, it's one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The room was perfect, the service exemplary. Cleanliness top drawer. Accessible for the Ben Thanh and Saigon Square markets. We stayed on the 10th floor with it's own restaurant. Snacks and soft drinks complimentary all day. Then free cocktails and alcohol from 17:30 to 20:00. All in all a five star stay.

Review for tonight’s dinner
Don’t normally write a review, probably my third review out of all of the places. Another one for the same place, cuz you want to have the best service out of all places for special occasion.
I understand that people do have their own opinion but if you want to know my honest opinion, if someone initiatively offers you an alternative drink just because they want to make you happy, you tell me if they deserve a 9 out of 10 service. The food was very fresh, diverse, they even have a cheese plate and seafood platter. So I don’t know, a bit overstated? I think it’s good for its price. Experience yourself when you have the chance, wouldn’t bluff for nothing, you pay you’ll get what I mean. Cường, Khánh, Nal, Hương, Trieu Vy.

First time to Vietnam on our way home to Australia and so glad we stayed at the New World Hotel. It was only a short stay but I must say the staff have gone out of their way with their service, helpfulness and kindness. All the staff have been No.1 and so is the hotel with all the facilities, convenience and cleanliness.
We stayed on the 10th floor and were treated so well with all the meals and cocktails/dinner at the end of an exhausting day.
When we visit Vietnam again we will definitely be coming back to the New World Hotel. We strongly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

I stay at the New world hotel from Dec 8 to Dec 13 , it was a very enjoyable trip. They have a lounge on the 10/f where I could check in and check out in addition to having breakfast and cocktails. The servers Holy, tuyet Nhi and Anne are very friendly and helpful .I recommend highly for their hospitality and services .

Excellent service from the moment our taxi arrived. The staff were super friendly, especially Thuy, Ha Vy and Ho at the level 10 Club desk. They went way beyond to help make our stay comfortable. Buffet breakfast was exceptional. Also special thanks to Nguyễn Ngoc Quoc at concierge for helping us when my wife injured her ankle. We have traveled the world and this hotel has the best team!
