We came into this office, not knowing what to expect on our request to change flight for just 1 passenger of a 2-passenger reservation.
The interaction was really pleasant.
The staff was both experience and willing tớ assist exploring various possibilities.

Super quick and easy. Vietjet as a budget airline can be difficult to get customer support via email or calling. This office, however, was super easy. The 2 representatives working were polite and friendly and spoke great English. I didn't receive a booking number or email after booking online, but the lady who helped me was able to pull up my booking info (after I showed her a copy of my passport) and print out my ticket immediately. 10 out of 10, would use again. The decorations in the office are clean and cute too.

The girls at the Viet Jet office in HCMC were very helpful when our flight was delayed. They rescheduled us to an earlier flight so that we could maintain our transit from Hanoi to Sapa.

예약시 잘못된 부분에 대해 문의하러 깄었어요. 뭐...예상대로 거절만 당했지만 그래도 비엣젯 관련 사무실맞고 궁굼한건 방문해 물어봐도 될것같아요. 준비된 서류로 문의하니 형광퍈으로 채크해주며 설명해주네요.

Mình thấy dịch vụ ở đây rất tốt, nhân viên nhiệt tình, tết có chương trình hoàn bảo lưu định danh khá tiện, đỡ tiếc tiền khi đặt trc mà giá cao! Bạn nào gọi tổng đài hỗ trợ k được nên ghé các phòng vé để hỗ trợ nha, mình gọi cháy máy mà k gặp đc tổng đài viên luôn

Vị trí văn phòng Vietjet khá thuận lợi, dễ tìm vì toạ lạc ngay vòng xoay hồ Con Rùa. Văn phòng nằm trên tầng hai. Nhân viên ở đây khá thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp, giao dịch nhanh chóng.
