Hoang Yen Vietnamese Cuisine

Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to talk about my favorite restaurant. My favorite restaurant name is Hoang Yen Hai Ba Trung and it is located in the city center. I like the spacious, peaceful environment, good service and food. It is a four-story restaurant and the 3rd floor is reserved for various parties or special events. Prices are reasonable and food is served quickly and discounts are given to regular customers. There are other reasons why I like it more than other restaurants in my city.

Good food and the staff were friendly. I liked that their grilled pork set gave diners the freedom to customise their own spring rolls. Only downside is that the food here is really pricey, so this might be suitable for larger groups. This restaurant is also located just opposite Novotel so it can be a good place for business dealings/partners.

The food here tastes fresh, delicious and nicely presented. Service was good too. Price is on the high side but it's reasonable for a nicely decorated restaurant with AC and in district 1.

Cant go wrong with the food here. Chả cá cơm cháy is a hit, even thought a tiny bit salty. Canh chua cá bông lao is tasty. Cá kho with extra belly pork compliment each other. Bông bí xào reminds me of grandma dish. I was hungry so I forgot to take picture

Today, I visited Hoang Yen Hai Ba Trung Restaurant to experience, and with enthusiastic advice from the staff here, I chose three dishes: steamed grouper in Hong Kong, braised crayfish, fried pork ribs.
Steamed grouper is very fresh and delicious, seasoned with spices to taste and warmed up on an alcohol stove
The shelled shrimp braised crayfish dish is the best thing, has a beautiful red color of shrimp bricks, is the best Vietnamese rice dish I have ever eaten.
In addition, I had a can of cold Saigon Chill beer and the delicious food really made me feel great.
Thank you Hoang Yen Hai Ba Trung for giving me a wonderful experience when coming to Vietnam, if I have the opportunity I will definitely come back.

I really feel great when I came to try somw food here, I had heard a lot about Vietnamese food and by chance I went to the restaurant to eat, the food was really delicious, traditional Vietnamese pancakes. I was introduced to it and tried it, the taste was really great, the waiters were very hospitable and sociable, they were very polite to greet me and smile and talk to me, this was a memorable experience mine with the restaurant.

Great Southern Vietnamese Restaurant. Nice environment and good food. However the price is a bit costly and the waitress keep hard selling their expensive menu.

I came here for the first time and will come back for many times to come, the fish cake here is very good, my friends are very satisfied to come here, thank you very much

Family taste dishes

We were so impressed with the food and service. Clean and so many varieties of Vietnamese dishes. 3 of us order 5-6 dishes and enjoyed all of them. Price is bit higher than street food, but taste/experience will compensate. We learn there're so many good Vietnamese dishes. Treat your significance well at this place. Wine is served at price.

Absolutely loved the food and service.

Delicious food. Their organic rice is fantastic.We could just eat the rice on its own. The other dishes were good as well. All 7 of us just love the food. Worth visiting if you are in Ho Chi Minh.

The food is amazing, not only could I find incredible tastes, very much cared presentation and wide variety, but I was also envolved by a chill environment that allowed me to relax and enjoy every time I visited, something that you really appreciate after a messy working day or just wandering around in holidays!

Personnel is very attentive and Vinh, the manager at Hai Bà Trưng restaurant, was always committed to make my experience the best possible. He even invited me to know some of the neatest local clubs, with him I felt safe to go out for a drink after dinner.

This is a place you want to visit at least once if you are around and want more than just a meal!

Everything is so good. Food was delicious and cheap. Service was great. We went there with 2 foreigner friends and they loved this restaurant much.

Having wonderful time here with my colleagues, the staffs were really nice and helpful. We had to wait a little bit longer for dessert, but it was a good experience overall

Food here is very very good - Chinese Vietnamese speciality. This outlet is part of a chain of restaurants in Ho Chi Minh.

Recommended dishes are the simmered pork with coconut juice, braised clam in clay pot, kho to (fish) braised in clay pot and the crabmeat hotpot with beef shank and spare rib combo.
