Ninh Binh Brother's Homestay

Had a splendid stay here at Brother's Homestay. It's a local business runs by a family of four. The owners are welcoming and charming, making sure your needs are met with a timely manner. The food was amazing. The service was stellar. You won't regret booking a room here next time coming to Ninh Binh. Highly recommended! A++

The only minus is the location, it's not close to the city so a scooter is needed, for a price of 150k/day, which is average in Vietnam.

BEYOND CLEAN.
Beautiful place. Very helpful and happy host. We got a beautiful/huge room. Beyond clean and confortable. It's clear that the staff work very diligently to maintain the property and it shows. I am definitely going back my next trip to Vietnam.

We have been travelling SE Asia for 3 months now and I don’t usually leave reviews for hostles or homestays but I had to for this place. The service is the best we have had along our travels, the man who runs this homestay and who checked us in went above and beyond to help us, he is so kind and so friendly. We rented a motorbike here too for a really really good price and the bike was really good too. It is an absolutely beautiful spotless clean homestay, I would recommend this to anyone staying in Ninh Binh or tam coc, we were 10 minute drive from tam coc. Thank you so much for all your help.

This was by far one of the best homestays in Vietnam!!! The host is very kind, friendly and caring. The rooms are clean, full of light, and huge double windows (and this makes the room sooo quiet). The beds are so comfortable and the sheets fresh and clean. We wanted to stay just one night but we decided to sleep over one more. Motorbike service available. Highly recommended!!! 10/10

A beautiful homestay with the most looooving owners! It is a little family with two kids and all of them are so so sweet! The rooms are very clean, the beds big and comfortable and the bathroom was a luxurious dream for us, with hot water in the shower. There is a big balcony with a beautiful view and after four nights of staying at Ninh Binh Brother‘s Homestay, we wished we wouldn’t have to leave this beautiful place where we felt like home!

I would always come back and recommend this place, it’s close to the city (few minutes by scooter) and at the same time you walk a few minutes and you’re surrounded by wonderful nature! They also rent bikes and make breakfast!

This homestay is one of the best places I know! The family that is running this homestay is incredibly welcoming and attentive in every situation. They really make an effort to make your stay comfortable! The house is very well located, just a few minutes to Ninh Binh City by motorbike but very calm and close to the nature as well. Everything is super clean and the rooms are spacious with big beds and nice bathrooms. I would definitely come back and I 100% recommend this homestay! Thank you for everything:)

If I could give 10stars I would. This Home stay is on the perfect location right in the middle of everything in its charming location away from the hustle and bustle. The views are outstanding of the Lime stone mountains which is beautiful to wake up to in the morning.

Qhuine the host and her husband and little boy bob, they are the cutest combination and really make you feel apart of the family. The title of the home stay brothers meaning you will become and welcomed as part of the family. The host is very attentive and passionate about hospitality and making sure your experience there is top notch.

The building is recently been completed but there are selection of different rooms on offer with the views included. Breakfast is included into the price and the selection which will be arranged with you the night before. The rooms themselves are clean way above normal standard of a homestay. It’s more like a mini hotel also tv has YouTube and Netflix.

The host will also provide pick up and drop off at any of the locations you wish to go to like train station, bus station or into the towns with her driver. Also on site you can hire the scooters. She’s told us the police don’t bother tourists in this area of Vietnam so don’t need to worry about them ripping you off. We had the bike for two days.

I guarantee you will have an u forgettable experience in Ninh Binh... I’ll definitely be returning here if I was to return.

Stayed at this homestay for 3 night and extended for 1 extra day. Quynh and her husband are the perfect hosts. We had traditional Vietnamese food cooked for breakfast and dinner. The homestay is brand new so the facilities are amazing and the location is very near the town and sightseeing attractions. I highly recommend staying here - you won't be disappointed :)

OMG! I love this homestay. The host are so kind and hospitable. Highly recommended. Just far enough away from the city so it is peaceful but close enough you can ride a bicycle. I am a retired solo traveler that has extended my stay. This is my home away from home.

Le stanze sono molto spaziose, i letti comodissimi e le lenzuola e gli asciugamani puliti e profumati!
L’host è gentilissimo, attento e disponibile!

Phòng của a sạch sẽ gọn gàng, vị trí homestay cũng gần trung tâm cần gì mn chạy vào tí là được. Anh chủ thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Homestay có khuôn viên rộng, thoáng mát nữa.

Очень гостеприимные хозяева. Дом чистый и с хорошим ремонтом. Близкое расположение к национальному парку. Здесь можно заказать вкусный и сытный обед. Также хозяин нам помог с покупкой билетов на автобус. Очень рекомендую! 😉✌
