Very friendly staff even when they are super busy with lots of locals and a few tourists.
I went for the stone bowl with a selection of meats and meatballs plus noodles and veg.
A big stone bowl arrived and then added all the other ingredients to the amazing broth.
Really liked the flavours and the meat quickly cooked with great noodles.
Highly recommend with the staff really helpful when choosing the best dish to try!

The restraunt has inside and outside seating and it's perfect for a taste of great pho. They offer smaller or larger dishes which is perfect for those with a smaller or larger appetite. I got the flaming stir fried beef in a small bowl and it was amazing and so delicious

So exceptional that it became my daily lunch spot throughout my stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 1: Lunch

Opted for a selection from "Phở Signature by SOL," craving a more exotic experience.
❤ Smoked Brisket, Smoked Wagyu Tongue, Smoked Big Intestine, Chargrilled Bone Marrow

The presentation was striking—a platter featuring smoked components and a stone bowl cradling a substantial Bone Marrow. 😍

The smoked and robustly textured organs delivered a memorable gastronomic experience. 😬

Day 2: Lunch
Continue the culinary journey with two recommended dishes:

❤ Flaming Stir-Fried Beef (small)

Traditionally boiled in Pho soup, the beef here undergoes a unique preparation—stir-fried before being presented in the soup. The darker, fried beef introduces a delightful twist to the conventional Pho experience.

Opting for the "Special Pho in Hot Stone Bowl":
❤ Slow Cook Short Rib + Freshly-cooked Beef Balls

Impressively presented, though slightly subdued compared to the previous day's "Smoked Pho." However, this dish offers a tableside spectacle, with a staff member skillfully deboning the short rib and cooking the meatball—a truly immersive dining experience!

Initially puzzled by the attentive staff waiting during my photo session, I later realized it was for an exceptional on-table service.

A modern new-age pho that is incredibly tasty and well prepared.

I had the no broth dry pho and it was incredible. It reminded me of a Japanese style no (low) broth noodle dish like mazesoba (まぜそば) or shiru-nashi tantanmen (汁なし坦々麺), just without the oil.

It was incredibly fresh and tasted very good. This restaurant seems to serve high quality ingredients, including A5 wagyu pho 😯

Give this place a try for some progressive pho!

I wanted to have something different, something a bit more 'luxe' as it was going to be my last meal on this Vietnam trip. I was actually still full from the huge Banh Mi Huynh Hoa I had at 3:30pm.
After some research I found this place, Wagyu Pho not far from my hotel. I decided to go at 7:30pm before heading to the airport. It was a Sunday night and it was crowded in the vicinity. The restaurant itself was 2/3rds full, with some seating inside and outside. I opted for indoor seating as I didn't want to sweat too much before my long flight.
I was seated and given a menu. After some deliberation I opted for the small Pho Thailand style, with flame grilled Wagyu beef and a side of onsen egg. The waitress did try to upsell me to the large bowl, but I insisted that there was no way I could finish a large. She said the small is very small (I must've put on a huge amount of weight during my week long trip for her to say that the small wouldn't be enough for me!).
To be fair, she wasn't wrong, the small is very small. Make sure you opt for the large if you're hungry. For me the small bowl was perfect.

The speed that the food came was at a much more leisurely place than the other Pho joints in Vietnam. It probably took between 5-10 minutes before my food came out. For the first taste of the broth without condiments, it was a really nice, clean beef broth with a rich smoky grilled beef kick - very nice and very different. It was what I was looking for in my final meal on this trip. I added the garlic vinegar and chilli paste. I thought the chilli paste could've been spicier, I had to keep adding more spoonfuls to get the heat to my preferred level. It was a very nice broth, very close to what you get in Hanoi. Plenty of spring onions too, in the Hanoi style. The onsen egg was perfectly cooked.

The staff were very nice, it was well staffed and they were very attentive and tried to be helpful.

I very much enjoyed the food, and I think I would've enjoyed it much, much more if I was hungry. I will definitely come back again on my next trip as there were some interesting options available. The people on the table next to me got the beef bone marrow Pho, which looked really interesting, as did the Wagyu pho shabushabu in a hot clay pot option.

It is more expensive than traditional pho, but I think the chefs have done the upscaling of the dish justice. It is worth a try if you wanted to treat yourself to a deluxe version of the traditional beef Pho soup.

Soup is having a stronger favor and slightly oily. Beef flank is great. Brisket is so so . Grilled bone marrow on the hot stone is special that would add a charcoal grill smell.

Environment is great comparing to most of the Pho that implies a higher markup.

Lowlight is the chili sauce .

First Pho we had in Vietnam and it was quiet delicious. I really wnjoyed the broth here it had a lot more flavor than others we had later on. A little light on the meat portion but still good.

We had a great experience at Pho Thin. Only just stepping off the plane, we wanted to get a taste of the authentic dishes of Vietnamese at a local Pho restaurant. Our waiter, Nam, was great at giving the best recommendations. All the food was delicious, we had a selection of Pho, including Wagyu and finished off with a green bean ice cream. A great atmosphere with all the locals, a must try.

I found the food a bit different, everything is clean, the waiter so nice, the taste overall very good

The Phô sôt Vang Gân / wine stew beef pho & tendon is very good, tender, juice and the broth is clean .. the taste is light

If you like you can add lime or more chilly

The beer bia hoi ha noi is great, i really like the peanut anyway

Good atmosphere with strong AC, perfect for eating Pho. The broth is light and the chives is different from other pho, meat quality is very good. Definitely worth a visit

We ordered 2 phos, a grilled beef and another boiled beef one. I prefer the grilled beef one with a smoking flavour imparted into the broth. The meat for both bowls is tender and the broth has a complex, hearty flavour. Overall very satisfied! Next door to Pho Thin, there are a few other pho shops, which looked good and popular as well.

I spent a month in Vietnam and even though pho is supposed to be a Northern dish, this was my favorite pho. I even went twice in my five days in Saigon. It has AC, a cute and clean interior, but most importantly—delicious food. The first time I got the regular beef pho with an extra side of meat, which comes in a little bowl on the side. They use tons of garlic and the meat is really good. The second time I got the same thing but the small bowl with an extra side of meat. The first time I went I also got the apricot tea and asked if they could make it less sweet, which they said they could. It was like syrup, even after diluting it 50/50 with water and was pretty disgusting so I for sure don’t recommend that, but definitely go here for the food and just get water or green tea if you need a drink.
Also, I like my meat fully cooked and it came out a little pink, but if you just mix in into the broth, it ends up being fully cooked but not overcooked.

Ordered the Grilled Bone Marrow with Hot Stone Bowl Pho since I haven’t some for awhile and It was Worth It! Love the Aroma and the Flavor of the Smoked Wagyu Beef Brisket and The Flame 🔥 Grilled Bone Marrow! This gives you a feel of fine dining with a touch of traditional Vietnamese Cuisine to a whole new level! If y’all don’t know what to try when visiting Vietnam, make sure to try it out! However, there is one thing that they lack of and it is also the most important thing that Authentic Vietnamese Pho should have! The Strong Flavor of Beef in the Broth! For me, it seem that it was a bit lacking. For the customer service, we have gotten the best service from the two young employees on that rainy days. They were so fast and welcoming! We were greeted with smile and professionalism! Love their drinks as well! Great place great people and great food!

Came into this restuarant by chance as I was walking around the Skydeck. I had a great meal here and came back again 2 days later.

The noodle (kway teow) was soft and smooth. The beef, soup and spring roll were tasty. The egg coffee has strong coffee aroma and smooth.

Oh boy, that might have been the best tasting Phò I’ve eaten so far. Smoked meat definitely added extra notes to the taste. Very rich broth too. Recommend trying their signature dishes. One note though, despite being so tasty if you’re hungry one dish won’t cut it, I felt hungry shortly after.
