Took a boat run by this company from Haiphong to Cat Ba.

They lied about
1) departure time - said 12 noon and we didn't leave until 12:30
2) number of stops - we were assured it was direct and there was a stop on the way
3) type of boat - said it was a speed boat. See the picture for what it actually was
4)travel time - said it would take 1 hr 20 mins and it took more than two hours

The boat let water in and when we tried to grab a life jacket to block the water one of the staff yelled at us and is now giving us dirty looks every time he comes by.
