Come early so you can get seats! Banh mi here is more expensive than usual but the meat is so high quality and good. Would definitely come back.

Best banh mi in town I can say! Super delicious flavor with big portion for 1 people. Price is little bit high and very crowded here. Highly recommend!!! Absolutely come back with my friends!

A hidden gem in the city of ho chi mihn. Amazing authentic Vietnamese food, especially for vegetarians. Special thanks to the crew for making a tofu bahn mi for me! You guys are awesome. Enjoyable Bahn mi here and must try Vietnamese pancakes at bep me on next door.

My favorite Banh Mi place comes from a hole in the wall in San Francisco and whenever I'm in that city I go out of my way to go get a sandwich. My friends insist it's not as good as what you can get on the streets of Vietnam. I can't speak to other places but compared to Ban Mi me In they are so right. The bread was light and not hard like some places, the cilantro and peppers that they included gave it a nice bit of flavor and the pork was tender and smoky the way that it should be. All of the vegetables were fresh and by far this place was well worth the walk to and from. I will be making that 40 minute walk again, several times before I leave Vietnam. As for the chef, the restaurant is small and setup so that she can be seen. I was in a great spot to watch her dice onions, prepare the various soups for other patrons and whenever she found something that was lower quality she quickly tossed it aside. The place clearly cares about the quality of what they server and the food is perfect. I highly recommend coming here if you find your self in HCMC (Saigon). It's not on a main street but slightly off in a short back alley. You'll walk past a bunch of nail salons to get there so a bit hidden but worth the search.

Update, been back 4 more times to try different foods and this is still the best Bahn Mi I have found in HCMC.

A must when you are in HCMC! I really wanted to try the lobster Banh Mi BUT pre-order is required, so please take note of that before dropping by for a bite! Banh Mi platter experience was a gem! ☺

Great place to enjoy a banh mi. It is tucked away in a back alley but once you find the place it is clearly a favourite with locals. Great fresh bread and and herbs in the sandwich. Worth the hunt

The best Banh Mi I’ve ever had, period. Explosion of flavour, melt in your mouth meats and fresh and crispy bread. Highly recommend. Will come here every time I’m in HCMC

May I present to you guys my personal favourite banh mi store. The thing that makes this place stand above the rest the most is the bread - banh mi is notorious for leaving a bed of crumbs in its wake but the bread they use here is so perfectly crunchy with barely any crumbs flying off, which is legitimate witchcraft.

The store itself looks great and I love the woven bamboo plates they serve the banh mi on. They have such an interesting menu as well in addition to the traditional banh mi kinds, such as putting skewers, ribs, prawns or even lobster in your banh mi if you feel like splurging. Service was fantastic as well, providing gloves for those who will somehow still make a mess and having staff come to check up on us to ask how our meal was.

Obviously not the cheapest banh mi you'll find on the streets of Vietnam, but you're paying for the quality it has over pretty much every other place I've tried so it is 100% worth it

Very cool Bánh Mi shop. They've earned a michelin star (2023), and rightly so. We tried the Beef Rib bánh mi and it was delicious. Generous portion of tender beef rib, very filling. I am looking forward to trying the bánh xèo and BBQ beef skewers.

First meal here at HCMC and a local recommended me this place to try out. Baguette is really crispy and ingredients are fresh. Food is prepared on the spot and it is nicely presented. The Vietnamese coffee is a must-try too!☺

I always stick to the traditional banh mi so switching it up was worth it. Too bad I couldn’t come back to try other ones but the ribs and prawns are great. They even have gloves which is fantastic. I also didn’t get sick eating here. Highly recommend.

This is a sleeper banhmi resto in an alleyway. I bought a regular banhmi for my breakfast in the morning and was the last customer at night. Ate half of it in my hotel room that night and it was delicious! Check them out. Dine in is open air no Aircon.

The best banh mi in Ho Chi Minh. This little restaurant is down an alley way. It uses fresh pork and chicken, as well as all the usual vegetables and herbs. Other places seem to use processed meats - this doesn’t. Approx $9AUD, so a tad expensive for HCM, but I think it’s worth it for the authentic Banh Mi experience. They give you a glove, with chilli and coriander on the side, so you can add it on as you please.

Stumbled here looking for something else. Being early it wasn’t crowded. A banh mi was 59k VND with a beef one 140k. Same cost as a bowl but still reasonable by most standards. Place is clean with seating. Was actually very good. Bread roll was crisp and fresh and ingredients fresh. Even gave you plastic gloves to eat with for the hygiene inclined. Must try!

This is an actual restaurant (although small and mostly outdoors), not a stall, which meant that the portions are larger and quality of meat is better. We got one original banh mi and one grilled pork and both were absolutely delicious, and so big that we saved leftovers to have them later in the afternoon. The pricing is obviously more than a street stall, but still super reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Ordered the half pork ribs and regular pork roll. Mayonnaise complimented all the meat and greens so well. Porks ribs were tender and lightly smokey. Half pork ribs and pork roll for $20. Can't beat that value and taste! Staff were so attentive too
