Eden Hotel Cat Ba

Even though the location is not really good, you have a good hotel with good facilities. Also, you will need for sure a motorbike for the island so the location is not that important. The staff does not speak English and the person that speaks English was outside for a few days. He was constantly in touch with us through WhatsApp. They changed the breakfast for us for what we wanted. They are really nice and helpful.

This is a great hotel. It is thoroughly at the level of western hotels: great mattress, great shower, excellent A/C, and a manager who lived in Australia for 3 years (I.e. excellent English and highly responsive/service oriented).

I saw a couple of the recent reviews that state the hotel staff speak no English, which were posted while we stayed at the hotel and are absolutely incorrect (review bombing?).

The location of the hotel is on the opposite end of the island from the main town. Be aware: if you are looking for quiet, this place is great; if you want to walk to restaurants/night life, this is not your place. We rented scooters from the hotel and that made for lovely drives to town.

The front desk is super helpful with anything we needed help with: taxi, transfers, tips for visits, etc.

I really enjoyed my stay at Eden Hotel. Jay, the proprietor, was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was beautiful and offered many great amenities. I will certainly be back.

Nice and luxury three stars hotel located in a nice and quiet village. They have nice swimming pool on the top and a beautiful garden around hotel.

Rất chill, nhân viên nhiệt tình chụp ảnh cho khách mê lun, có cả bộ ngoại giao thân thiện siêu cute. Đáng trải nghiệm nha mn 😍

Phòng rất đẹp và đặt biệt là thiết kế khuôn viên khách sạn cũng xanh mát. Nhân viên cũng rất nhiệt tình. Thật tiếc là chuyến đi lần này e ở chỉ có 1ngày 2đêm, nếu lần sau quay lại Cát Bà nhất định sẽ quay lại Eden. Cảm ơn anh Đức Anh nhé👍♥♥

Khách sạn mới sạch sẽ, nhà ăn thoáng mát. Cảnh quan cây xanh đẹp chụp hình đẹp, ks cách thị trấn 8 cây khá yên tĩnh, có phương tiện cho thuê xe máy tiện ích.

Mình đã ở đây . Bể bơi rất đẹp . Giá phòng tốt. Nhân viên Nhiệt Tình Thân Thiện Đặc biệt bể bơi vô cực có thể nhìn thấy toàn cảnh xã Xuân Đám .

Vừa kết thúc kì nghỉ 5 ngày tại đảo Cát Bà vô cùng đáng nhớ. Cảm ơn khách sạn Eden đã cung cấp cho mình một chỗ nghỉ trên cả tuyệt vời. Sau nếu có dịp quay lại Cát Bà mình nhất định sẽ tiếp tục chọn Eden làm nơi nghỉ dưỡng. 🥰 Thanks so much
