The space is beautifully decorated and cozy.
The presenters' voices are clear, inspiring helped me better understand the stages of growing, harvesting, preparing and processing coffee.
Being able to try coffee brewed by myself along with enjoying a coffee product from workshop at that price is completely suitable.
If I have the opportunity, I still want to continue participating in sessions like this.

The owners and the staffs are super passionate and knowledgable. The workshop is packed with lots of inspiring and surprising facts about Vietnamese coffee, which has been mistakenly acknowledged in the world. The drinks are well brewed, highlighting different flavors other than caffeine bitterness, pleasant even for those who does not drink coffee as much or intolerant to caffeine.

Highly recommended for those who would like to explore more about Vietnamese specialty coffee from Farm to Cup. The workshop is suitable for groups of family, friends, or business.

Amazing experience at this coffeeshop. The place is nice to be introduced to Robusta world, but they have also Arabica beans. I had a latte with Robusta to try the experience and the taste was quite good, not bitter because they are roasting the Robusta medium. The barista talk with us and told us how they are helping the farmers from Vietnam. I truly recommend the experience. 🥰

The experience here is one of a kind. The barista is very friendly and he explained a lot of things about Vietnamese coffee. We chose a salted coffee and a latte, both with Robusta, and they were really good, not bitter or harsh taste. We are very happy with this experience

Baristars r well prepared and friendly, and the location is really quite and cosy. You can see how coffee is prepared directly in front of you.

A truly inspiring experience at iO Coffee!

The menu is impressive and innovative with varying drinks incoporating the essence of truly elevated Robusta beans. The drinks are pleasant and fun but still honors the coffee notes. The Robusta espresso shot was smooth, rich and balanced unlike what I've had at other places. What most fascinating was learning to appreciate the drinks I had through the story of the "farm to cup" journey told by the staffs. iO has strong potentials to grow and approach customers who want to immerse themselves with actual Vietnamese specialty coffee. Will definitely come back!

a great experience with iO Workshop. The coffee process is clean and reputable in the market, experience, listen and feel. However, the price is super cheap, only 2 cups of milk tea, for a coffee session could not be more unique. highly recommended
