Brilliant service.. So helpful. Organised everything quickly and enficently... Definitely takes the stress out of trying to buy tickets on line. .. The young lady who looked after us, was amazing. Such a lovely young lady.. Nothing was a problem.... Thank you.

Excellent service. We received exactly what we required. We were asked to have a seat for a few minutes while the airline agent received confirmation of our flight change and seat assignments and printed everything out for us in addition to emailing the confirmation. This is a wonderful service if you can't reach Vietnam air by phone.

Yes it was a bit of a wait as expected but I enjoyed eavesdropping on the conversation they had with some entitled customers and it was quite entertaining.

Good experience booking domestic tickets with my two pets in cabin. They accept small pet carrier so do take note of the sizing so there won’t be any issue at airport. It was my first experience with the airlines and so far very impressed!

They were grate good service 👏🏿 walked in and got served straight away brought our flights ✈ back to Australia one day earlier at a very reasonable cost so yes very happy. 👍✨
