This restaurant has 3 storeys with wooden stairs. Perhaps it will be challenging for people who couldn't climb well. Regardless of the accessibility, i truly enjoy the food and beverage served here. Low carbs and lots of fresh veggies. I love it!

Service was prompt and courteous. Food is made when you order so be patient. The restaurant was crowded at 18:00 on a Wednesday.Food is good. Adequate motorcycle parking. 5,000đ.

This is a great place to eat something new, specially if you have no idea what you are eating! They provide instructions in English to learn how to eat the dishes. I didn't know how much I needed this until now!

Excellent northern culinary dishes. A rare treat. Nice vibrant atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended. The shrimp paste is strong and flavorful. Restrooms are inconveniently located on upper floor.

This restaurant serves the best Bun Dau dish. It closes to the original version from Hanoi.

The fermented shrimp sauce is very favourful. The tofu is crunchy outside, soft inside.

One serving is decorated with a big banana leaf below so you can taste a tradional dish with a tradition way of serving.

I recommend this place for anyone who can eat fermented shrimp sauce. It will taste even better when you eat during rainy season :D

Food was great, service was great. I dined there on september 12th this year, it was around 6pm. After the meal, we headed downstairs, a male employee ran after us and gave us the 360 camera that we'd forgotten at our table. It was so nice of him, I feel so bad because my taxi was there and he ran off so fast afterward that I didn't get his name. Anyway, if you're reading this, whoever you are, thank you so much

My first time trying Bun Dau Homemade despite living and often passing by the place for several years.

The menu is quite small, but all the dishes we had were delicious. Prices are higher than say... a local restaurant in an alleyway that specializes in just one dish, but this is a centralized location with nice views and cleaner facilities.

Mam Tom (shrimp paste) may be too pungent for foreigners (including myself), but it comes on the side and you can always get soy sauce with the Bun Dau.

Great service, great staff, great food and at reasonable prices. Had he sharing platter that was meant for 1 but we shared amongst 3 people. The hot pot is good and the waitress even demonstrated how to serve it properly for us. For 3 people we stuffed ourselves for less than 600k dong.

Tofu and pork are really good. Must try.

The dipping dish Bún đậu đầy đủ that goes with the shrimp paste you suppose to mix with sugar and tiny limes is something you really have to try if you are adventurous about food. The safe dishes will be deep fried spring rolls and the signature dish Ốc nhồi thịt hấp lá gừng or the herbal escargot. Average price per per dish is 60,000VND. Desserts and drinks are really good too, not too sweet.

But its not my taste, i dont like the taste of shrimp paste. Too strong for me.

There bun dau is good here. They also have a variety of other foods as well which makes this more unique then some places that only sell bun dau only. The they have multiple floors and the place is pretty clean. If going with two people just get Bun dau for one which is a lot already and try another dish with it.

Reviews are mainly for the food. Restaurant staffs need to be trained again or that’s because they’re so under staff. So waiters became cranky 😕

It is a great place, great food. I like the Mam Tom, staff was very nice and friendly.

Stinky tofu with shrimp paste, the most brilliant combo of pungent flavor in one cold noodle plate. Did I mention the pork bellies? The staff will mix the sauce for you and bring more as you go.

but its sauce 'mắm tôm' has really strong smell.
if you can enjoy 'rau mùi', you can enjoy well. I hope so ;;;
anyway, comfortable place and nice food, kind staff.
ah, one more. their special juice is also good. 'Nuoc Sau'
