We took the sleeper bus from Phnom Penh to HCMC. At the bus station they checked our passports and visa. They explained in detail the number of stops and border procedure in good English. Food at the stop shortly before the border is included. They took our passports and organized the entire process at the border for all passengers which speeded up the process considerably. Bus was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Driver was good.

Brilliant service on the 7am bus on a monday to Phom Penh. Smooth border crossing, they sorted everything. Free meal while waiting for our passports back was a bonus! And lastly we arrived early, which blew my mind.
