The Privé Spa | International Lash, Nail Care & Spa | Ben Thanh (D1)

I've had manicures in quite a few different countries and at varying price points over the years, but this is hands down the best experience for the price that I have ever had.

The booking was quick and simple when following their online links - and they were able to quickly confirm and I had no issues at all doing it all over email.

The salon is on district 1, nice central location close to Ben Thanh Market (I walked over from a hotel near there) and it's very clean, nicely decorated and the staff is lovely. One thing I've seen mentioned that is so helpful is that staff wear little pins with flags on them to signal if they are fluent in English or just Vietnamese. Once I walked in I was greeted and they confirmed all my selected services with prices and took my reference photo for my nails as well as a drink order.

The service was clean and they took their time, checking in to make sure I was happy with shapes, pressure, colors...everything. The tech worked directly from my photo and was able to copy it exactly - absolutely perfect little lines !

I was even able to add a last minute service no problem. And I will recommend the waxing too - clean and quick work on my brows.

Overall this is a not to miss spot and to have a full 4 hours of pampering for under $100 USD is exceptional to me.

It's an impromptu decision that I made just this morning when I woke up to do manicure as my nails got chipped. I am really glad that I stumbled across this gem while searching on Google maps for good manicure places around my hotel.
Not all staff here spoke English and I was assigned to english-speaking staff. I did the Signature Manicure combo with gel that comes with 10min hand mask and 15mins hand massage which is really good. I also did heel scrub with serum and lash extension. All of which took not more than 2hours, and can I say that it was a really good pampering session? 😍
Definitely returning here again whenever I'm in town. 👍🏻

Really great seamless experience from booking to finished product. We were able to book online through their online form and they immediately confirmed the appointment for us.

The day of the appointment they asked detailed questions on the type of design I wanted and went over the cost of the total design before proceeding with the services. Appreciated the transparency and help that they provided to achieve my vision.

Additionally, the nail tech was very attentive to details and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend for any tourists or English speaking visitors. No issues whatsoever throughout the process and very friendly.

Incredible experience from start to finish. The nail therapists were accommodating and very welcoming! I got a nice drink at the start and got to sit on an extremely comfy chair that I could just sink into. The nail therapist took her time to ensure that the job was done of high quality. I have to say my nails have never looked this good. I’m for sure a very happy customer and if I lived here, this would become my chosen salon :)

Found this venue through Google maps, i walked in without an appointment. Liz did an amazing job with my gel nails, I opted for a transparent neutral colour which the staff assisted with the colour selection. I also selected 2D eyelash extensions which I’m very happy with. Thanks to Joy for servicing me, she completed them in a timely manner. The whole venue is time efficient but you don’t feel rushed. They also provided complimentary drinks!

Had such a fantastic experience here - they managed to fit me in on the spot on a busy Saturday and I received exceptional service from all the staff. Perfect atmosphere too. I have to give a special shout out to Evelyn for her amazing nail art. I will visit again when next in Saigon

Made an appointment in advance online and it was easy to correspond via email. Multiple ppl worked on me for different steps of the manicure process (prep, gel x tip application, shape&file). Evelyn did a phenomenal job with the nail art. The attention to detail!!!!!! The steady hand eye coordination!!!!!

I got a gel infill in The Prive Spa this morning. I was nervous as I only ever get my nails done from the same lady back at home in Ireland. However, this was a luxury experience from the minute I came in the door. I was greeted and given a refreshment of my choice and was quickly seated in a very comfortable chair. The service itself was impeccable! The lady who done my nails was gentle and I felt comfortable throughout. It was such a lovely morning and I am delighted with how my nails turned out. Managed to book through Instagram, quick and easy! But as I didn’t read the fine print online, so when I came down, I needed to add a top-up for heel therapy + special requested design, but prices are all transparent (on the website) but on the last page there are additional “spa” services on top of the regular nail services that applies to all outlets, I would highly recommend to clarify with the receptionists.

They wear badges to indicate if they can speak English or Vietnamese only!

My nail stylist was a senior stylist, Evelyn, she was super calm and did my design with ease, whereas I was super nervous how it would turn out but they really take their time. So you pay for the time and quality. I like that the nails are not too thick or out of shape but follows my natural nail shape.

Would recommend as their quality is good, but do clarify the prices if you’re not sure as I had to top up for the foot scrub+design+ shellac polish.

But it’s near the famous bánh mi stall! So I came over for my appt after I was done eating.

It’s been 3 weeks and my Shellac nail polish (which I paid additional for the higher tier) is still going strong. No chipping.

Nice, clean, and great customer service. The service was so relaxing and they did an amazing job on my feet. I receive a pedicure and 15 minutes massage. The price was reasonable for the location.

staff are very polite & meticulous in their work. price is a little bit on the higher side but i’d say its worth considering how detail oriented & hospitable they are. theres no hard selling, just complete transparency. prices are informed to u prior to the start of ur services. love how my gel mani & pedi turned out

Its very comfy and nice nail spa.. i was handled by Vy.. She has a good skill and patient to make my nail looks beautiful. She also can give your recommendation for color combination.. 😬

OMG This place is truly an earthly paradise! I got my nails done.
The service was amazing, the staff were extremely dedicated, I felt like I was treated like a queen, . They always asked me if I felt okay, and they also served free drinks.

The space is really relaxing, and the holiday decorations are so unique and cute, I really like it

We had a wonderful experience here doing gel nails! The technicians are all really talented and are true artists. We loved our nails soooo much! The environment was also very clean and comfortable. Great location. Had some hard callouses on the bottom of my feet from years of playing volleyball. Never in a million years did I think they could be fixed, but Nina took care of that, thanks. Service was great, complimentary drinks were supplied as you’re getting treated.

Went back a few hours later to get my lashes done. Each service comes with a free drink of your choice too. They provide other services like massages and facials which I hope to try the next time I’m back. With the ambience, quality of service and professionalism of the staff, it’s well worth the price!

The nail techs were great at achieving the look i wanted for my nails after showing them a picture! Very happy with them. The lash tech also helped touch up my lashes after i requested a fuller look
