Had a pleasant dining experience here! We ordered the Mâm cơm Nam Định (5-6 pax) and price is a little high but worth the experience. The atmosphere was great, with beautiful paintings showcasing Vietnamese scenery. The cooling interior made it feel like being in the north. Highly recommend!

Barbecue pork belly served with sticky rice and herbs. Glazed surface with three layers of goodness, that slightly charred gave it a subtle hint of smokey and woody flavor. Simply divine!

Good restaurant, well placed in the city center, good vietnamese food. Service is ok too, possibility to book a private room. Lots of northern traditional dishes. Prices are slightly high bit still correct (around 400k/pax)

Food was delicious. Please dont follow a bunch of travellers from the Western who is not familiar with Vietnamese food and go on here crying about how bad it is for their white taste. Or complaining about the restaurant staffs dont speak English. Maybe asking yourself why coming into a different country and moan about the people speaks their mother tongue instead of english. Locals support locals.

Came across this place while walking around with my parents. They are Hanoians so could definitely give the most objective feedback regarding the food quality.

The menu gives a lot of great choices. Tge quality is good as well. The service was outstanding, always with a smile.

The food here was incredible! This was one of the best dinners we had in Ho Chi Minh City!

I have been here twice. The biggest thing I love in this place is that you can find Vietnamese food with originally Northern taste . The dishes are just fine, not small or big. You can come alone or with friends, family to share dishes. The car parking luckily available in Thảo Cầm Viên Park, opposite to the entrance of the alley where to lead to the restaurant. There are a huge many for choice, what is very hard to find such as the slowly and deeply brewed carp with galangal ( cá Chép kho rục xương với củ riềng), thế small shrimps fried with Star fruit ( tép xào khế) , you can also find here. And finally I love when the price is very medium, you can eat here 15/30 days without getting poorer 😀
