Trang An Peaceful Homestay

We had an amazing stay here, and we still talk about it a few weeks later! We had the best nights sleep we’ve had in all of our trip around SE Asia, it really is peaceful! Family are lovely, breakfast is amazing and scooter hire is useful. Would recommend to everyone!

Our family of 5 loved staying here!! The setting is beautiful. It’s in a very quiet part of Trang An, which we loved, yet it is also close enough to all the spots. There are some great restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Or you can borrow the homestay’s bicycles to bike to them or to the tourist destinations. The rooms are clean, our kids loved the pool table, and the pool was refreshing. The breakfasts are also great. The owner is wonderful and speaks excellent English. She also helped us arrange taxis and an airport transfer to Hanoi for our last day. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, quiet location with beautiful scenery right out your door. The food from their restaurant was delicious, service was above and beyond! Very kind people. We were able to do laundry, borrow bikes and get taxis arranged as needed.

We choose Trang An Peaceful Homestay to enjoy some calmness after staying in Hanoi for some days. I must say that it has been a great choice, not only for the quiet and lovely atmosphere but also being able to rent a motorbike directly from the hotel and use their free bicycles to explore the surroundings and get the most of our Ninh Binh stay. The mountain view is breathtaking from the hotel, breakfasts are very tasty and freshly prepared upon your order from the menu (I tried a different Pho each day and my boyfriend opted for more western plates) and finally the two ladies are super kind and helpful. Thanks for everything 💙

An amazing little homestay in the Trang An area.

We had a garden bungalow and it was lovely. Plenty of space, a really comfortable bed and great view.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. They even had breakfast waiting for us the day we checked out.

We had breakfast most mornings, which was delicious, cooked to order. We also had dinner at the homestay on a couple of nights, which was also delicious and very reasonably priced.

They also offer laundry service at the homestay which was really useful after we got soaked in the rain. Scooter rental is also available and reasonably priced.

100% would recommend if you are looking for a peaceful stay in Trang An.

Super nice place right by the limestone. You can see that they out a lot of effort into the place. The staff was also lovely.
Great breakfast 🥞 and tgey even have a small swimming pool and a pool table. Would definitely stay here again :)

Very friendly hosts and beautiful homestay beneath the rocks. AC, bed and hot water were all perfect.

Looked after our luggage and let us shower before the night bus on our last day after checkout time. Even gave us a free snack!

Very friendly staffs and the place is very beautiful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I traveled across Vietnam but this place and their hospitality is imprinted in my memory. Thank you for the beautiful memories

The room is clean, the food is great, the Homestay family is very friendly, sincere, helpful, and welcoming. Never will there be too many superlatives for them.

My only concern was that hot water ran for only 3 minutes which caught me in a surprise.

My Vietnamese friend told me that she considered this property quite far away, but for me it’s not a problem as I could just ride a scooter.

Great place to explore Trang an. They have bikes to use for free, and motorbikes to rent. Very very helpful at reception in helping plan, even helped us book a driver and came to he car and negotiated a discount for us. Breakfast included, pool table too. Would definitely recommend.

I booked for 3 nights and extended 2 more nights because it was so peaceful. I had the family room with bath (2 king beds) and a gorgeous view of the mountain rock in both bedroom and bathroom. There's a pool to swim in as well as a pool table. It's a cute little homestay with swings, garden, fish pond, and a beautiful mountain in the background.

There's not a lot of food options around the area besides Vietnamese food and small convenience stores (snacks/drinks/instant noodles). The family here cooked food to order so that was convenient. The lady at the front desk during the day spoke the most English and helped me with tours/map routes/ATM. You can borrow a bike (free) or rent their scooters (120k/day). I would come back for sure.

This place is a stunning sanctuary tucked in behind some of Ninh Binh’s iconic limestone mountains. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and sort out anything out you need. Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend this place when visiting the Ninh Binh area. We arrived a day in advance and it was no problem. The lady who owns the place was very nice and helpful, she made us feel at home. The communication was via her son, whose English is very good. The bicycle’s are free and i would recommend riding them, it’s gorgeous out there. The food was tasty and the place was clean. However the room for five was actually a room for four but it is not a big deal.

Nga is a wonderful host who was extremely kind and generous, helping us to book scooters and providing meals on site. The space is beautiful and tranquil, and conveniently located. We were also able to extend our stay easily (when we arrived we knew we would want to stay longer!)

This place is a gem in the Ninh Binh area, we loved the homestay.
Very calm, beautiful garden, big rooms and a great pool area. Everything you need to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The location is not central, but you can rent a motobike to get to all the places in this area. The owners are very friendly and its a great value for the price. I would definitly recommend staying here.

The pictures doesn't do justice to the beauty of this place. As name suggests, the stay was very peaceful, amidst mountains. The host family was very accommodating and helpful.

A lovely homestay which was better than imagined. Warm and helpful owner (Nga), great location nestled in the heart of the mountains. Complimentary breakfast, and we paid extra so that we were able to eat some home cooked dinners too. We also rented motorbikes from Nga to explore the surrounding areas, best way to take it all in. Highly recommend.

We loved this stay. The place is exactly how it is advertised. The host family was very very helpful and kind. Nhe helped us with getting motorbikes, food, even gave us rain ponchos to help us on our day trip.
Food was freshly cooked and very good!
Their kid, jin was helpful as he is learning english and kept chatting with us.
