Great managment keeping the store up. It's obvious they have a 👍 team. The produce is fresh and I always see someone inspecting it and removing all the bad once. They carry fresh cut 💐 that are also well maintained the 🍞 area you can 👃 the fresh aroma before getting to it. Self checkouts for speedy 💵 shoplifters be aware not only are the self checkouts recording, so are cameras above and a designated person for the area, so please be honest, it's called integrity 😀 that being said this is a well maintained store please be respectful and put your cart up when you are done. The parking lot is big and doing your part helps the community thaks

I had the best customer service ever at this location yesterday (Tuesday 5/24/22) about 6:30pm. While trying to check out I attempted to unlock my debit card. My phone's battery died. To avoid others from not checking out, they placed my items on hold and sent me to customer service to check out. This location did not have an ATM. The amazing customer service rep gave me the option of charging my phone just enough to unlock my card. It worked and in no time I was on my way home from a long day. I thanked her for going out of her way to please and finding a resolution. Kroger, your team members are definitely your competitive advantage. Continue to hire and attract more like her and your customers will keep coming back! I know I will.

Came in to have a cake decorated. The young lady behind the counter was really nice and super pleasant. You could tell that she had a great attitude towards her job. She was singing as she worked. That alone put a smile on my face!

I went into kroger on this evening to pick up "my" birthday cake, and I think it was the front end manager that asked me was the cake MY birthday cake? And I told him yes. Him and the cashier start singing happy birthday to me (Stevie Wonder style) it was SO......funny! I enjoyed it though 👍

Even though this is one of Kroger's older stores it is still by far my favorite. At this store the employee's are some of the nicest and most courteous employees of just about all of the Memphis location stores. And to me, service is just as important of a reason to shop somewhere as is the pricing and quality of food is. With that being said, Kroger's at Riverdale and Shelby Dr is my #1 grocery store that offers good prices, quality food and friendly service.

I love Kroger at Riverdale Road and Shelby Drive in the GlenEagles Food and Shopping Court and I know you all will too its so great. It's got a really great outstanding pharmacy and the pharmacy's employees are so great too I love them and you will too and it has a really great dietary nutrient vitamin supplement isle that even sells behind the counter by prescription pharmacuetic strength vitamin and nutrient dietary nutrient supplements. It's got a really great outstanding produce department and meat department that sells finished boneless, skinless, fatless packaged refridgerated chicken tenders and shrimp and scallops and salmon and tuna and eggs for boiled egg whites and fresh vegetables for mixed vegetables products salads and for snacking on all day and a really great bakery and deli for shaved chicken breast and turkey breast and multi seeded and nutted and grained breads and, or just honey wheat bread for lettuce tomato and mayonaised and salted and peppered microwaved warmed up and final cooked shaved turkey breast or shaved chicken breast to put on honey wheat bread. Plus it sells vapored distilled bottled 16 ounce 24 count water cases and Fair Life 2% milk and Fair Life skim milk and Kroger brand prune juice and Sargento cheese sticks and Ruffles original and french onion dip and sugar free Ginger Ale and sugar free Dr. Pepper and sugar free Tang squirt bottles to prepare 2 quart or one gallon pitchers of Tang with. Please go to Kroger at Riverdale Road and Shelby Drive and pick up some of all that stuff or all of it you'll be glad you did and will start feeling better if you eat that way that Kroger enables everybody to the ways it does. My wife and I went in to pick up a few items for dinner. Didn't have a long wait as we were able to get in and out of the store.

Kroger is great. The marked down produce is awesome. The employees do not argue with the customer. The store is always nice and neat.

It's a lovely grocery store. Friendly cashiers. Speedy stackers. $5 Wednesday on Sushi, I believe. Always clean when I come in.

The go to place for Indian groceries. It's very easy to navigate through the store. All the isles are clearly marked as what to find there

Wasn't crowded today. Store stocked, I've liked this Kroger since 1993. Best one in Memphis.

May not be the largest kroger in the world, but is the most shopper friendly kroger. Plenty markdowns to be had at this store, produce included

They now have delicious pizzas that you can create your selves to order. I love it
