Lended me tools, and sold me correct parts that first time to fix my wrx so I could make it back to Denver. Everyone is super helpful and knows their stuff. 10/10

I know just about nothing about vehicles and instruments. I needed a tire gauge and looked at a “wall” of them. SPENCER came over and explained my options and offered suggestions for my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. The best service ever. THANK YOU.

I had some questions about my battery, so I called the store on Ohio. I spoke with a guy named Kevin and he assured me to come down and he would get me taken care of. So I went to the store he checked my battery and installed a new one even though it was in the back under the floorboard he did not make a big deal out of it. He installed it for me, Kevin was so helpful and so nice. I have had nothing but good experiences every time I’ve come to this location! Thank you Kevin!

I called in to inquire about a battery for my car and came in same day. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and installed my battery for me without any complaints. I greatly recommend this autozone and will be returning for all my cars needs.

Went in this morning to get a new battery put into my Nissan pathfinder, service was quick and easy, they swapped out old battery and replaced with new. I Was out in 20 minutes, great helpful people working there. I would definitely recommend this auto zone location to anyone needing parts or have questions about their vehicle!

Tony Slothower at AutoZone on Ohio St went above and beyond to help us when we got a flat tire. He brought us a part even though the store was closing in 2 minutes. He then went and picked up an extra item that we needed in order for us to get back on the road safely. He stayed until he knew that we were good. Our roadside assistance policy failed us, but Tony did not. I highly recommend AutoZone as your first stop because of the quality customer service.

Absolutely great service. We broke down on our way to vacation. They had everything we needed in stock. And even let my husband borrow a tool. Very nice and as a female I was happy with clean bathrooms!!

Had the best auto parts store experience ever thanks to Kevin, the store's manager. Not only did he assist me with what I thought was going to be a minor fix in exchanging a battery, when that did not do the trick and my car was still having problems, he helped to diagnose what the additional issues might be, recommended some local and reputable repair shops in town, and when that job was done, helped me get everything back to working order with my fuses by spending time looking for and replacing those that needed it. Kevin sure went the extra mile and then some in getting me back on the road again during a trying time. I know nothing, if anything, about cars, and it is nice to know that people in this area of expertise still help out their customers instead of trying just to make a buck. Thanks again Kevin!

Five star experience at AutoZone this morning. Kevin went above and beyond to help me out. He was incredibly kind and efficient. If I lived in town, I would find my way to this store for all of my car part needs!

I used to live in salina but now live in lawrence and I have never experienced such a pleasant and helpful team of employees. My dad usually goes in once a month and raves about their customer service. Can’t beat this team on ohio in Salina!

Mike W is a hero, a legend, and an answer to prayer!!! My mom and I pulled into AutoZone because we new they’d have ratchet straps after our cargo bag on top of the car broke. Mike W came to the rescue, and took the time to make sure the bag was safe and secure. THANK YOU MIKE! Your heart, kindness, and time are appreciated beyond words. You’ll see me writing in, “Mike W” in 2024 when elections roll around.

Absolutely a life saver I stop by after nine and they still came out helped me get a new battery and even installed it. They were very nice about it and very very helpful!

Went in needing parts for a CB radio. Sadly I don't remember who helped me, taller guy with Sandy blonde hair...he was excellent. Walked in, told him what I thought I needed to fix it. He walked me over and showed me everything I had asked for. Pleasant to shop with and answered all questions. Will definitely be back.
