Dee & Mee Hobbies

This place was wonderful for hobbyists. I am a miniature landscaper and was very impressed with the miniscule railroad collection and will probably be back. They also have a complete collection of the plastic display models (from cars to Star Wars ships) which are hard to come by. I am impressed with my stunt-performing rc truck so far. I will say the prices are pretty high, though; maybe a shop best for collectors and the like. Their service was also great.

Haven’t been to this store since I was a very young and finally went back got a really cool rig awesome atmosphere and was helped right away.

I Googled RC hobby stores near me (which there aren’t many) found this place, and made the hour drive there. I am so glad I did. I had an old RC Truggy that I pieced together with upgraded parts then never actually got it going. I walked in the store and was greeted by smiles and people interested in what I needed. They checked out my vehicle, found a connector that needed replaced, took it in the back and quickly soldered on a new one. We discussed battery options and I purchased a good LiPo battery. They hooked it up and made sure everything functioned properly. Then I needed a body. They didn’t have one in stock but had a similar model to mine in the store. The owner opened the brand new model and pulled the body off so I could have everything I needed. He also gave me a better price on it than was available anywhere on line. He told me he could just order in a new replacement. He sure didn’t have to.

I was so happy to have my whole car set up and ready to run by the time I left the store. Truly a one stop shop for my RC needs. I won’t hesitate to visit again the next time I need something.

Owner is pleasant & wants to know where you're from and thanks you for coming in. Smaller area & could use some more organization on shelves...(they could be short on staff). Overall, a cool store....they carry my husband's collectibles!

Awesome store with just about anything someone would want/need to maintain and upgrade their RC cars. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful!!

This was my first visit to the hobby shop. The staff was extremely friendly and well educated on the products they carry. They helped me pick out my first electric RC truck, Kraton 6S. The store is well maintained and they have a large selection of RC products. I highly recommend them and will be making all future purchases from them.

happy to say i race for Dee and Mee hobbies. Being the first NPRC driver in Topeka, KS, they have continued to offer support and parts as i take on other NPRC drivers nation wide. Thanks guys.....

I know little to nothing about RC car racing. Wanting to race I was willing to buy anything. I was told while there ready to spend my money to go to The local track and educate myself. Now that's a business who wants clients, not just sales.

My wife and I wandered in while checking out the inside portion of fairlawn plaza and OH MY... Great store with huge assortment of toys/games. We will be back, and we will come prepared this time!

Great hobby store. Glad they will be moving to a bigger stand-alone store here in the near future.

Went in looking for a starter rc truck. That is exactly what I walked out with. They are extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and did not try to upsale me on something that I wasn't interested in. High recommend check this place out. Thank you

Awesome experience! Brian was very knowledgeable and eager to help, he even let me and my son tear our trucks down and fix them on the spot while he gathered parts! Walked out the door with my Jato RTR! Very wide selection of rc's and parts.. strongly recommend!!

This is an awesome place to shop for RC stuff. The staff is very knowledgeable and nice.

Great selection of vehicles and parts. Always enjoy bringing my son with me. He gets excited to look at the new vehicles while we get parts to keep our collection running. The staff is incredibly helpful and take the time to assist you as you learn about and upgrade vehicles.
