Break Time

the manager was knowledgeable and very kind! the girls working were helping customers while keeping place clean. they seemed to work very well as a team together. they were interacting well with customers and all had smiles, which is so nice to see!

William works so hard. He's there it seems like everytime I go in. He makes sure that the store is as clean as possible and stocked to his best ability. He always has a smile and a kind word. He definitely makes it a great experience to get gas and snacks.

The restrooms are clean. The staff was friendly. Good place so stop on road trip

There staff is typically polite, and the store is clean, however the sign on the door says they open at 6 am but usually they're not open on time.

I don't necessarily shop at break time convience stores. they do not sell alot of the products that I buy and they tend to be more expensive then other convenient stores

these guys ripped me off on cigarettes. bought 4 packs, which were $3.90 each if i bought 2 at a time, PLUS $1 off each pack. that would be $2.90 a pack, which would be roughly $12. at least thats what they made it seem. i ended up paying over $18. came out to be about $4.50 a pack. do u guys know how to scan the right barcodes?? thought i saw the lady scan the wrong one. this has literally happened more than once. shame on u, and shame on me as well. i believe this has happened elsewhere too.

If you're the type of person who values good customer service, do NOT go here. The lady behind the counter had a line 5+ deep and was actively Facetiming with a friend on her phone the entire time she was checking people out. Wow...kinda unbelievable. Not to mention the conversation she was having with her friend was all about racism and it was making the customers feel uncomfortable. I can't think of any good reason to return here and risk another awkward experience like this.

Just came here and waited over ten minutes in line. There was also not a very good selection. The cashier was fine, but there was absolutely no rush whatsoever. I put my card in to pay and had to wait more than a full minute (a very long time in gas station sense) because the cashier was talking to other employees. Do not come here.

What good is a gas station that isn't open overnight? You know, people have jobs at night too. @owner If I want to drive across town to go I a gas station I'll go to QT, no one goes to breaktime
because they like it, it's because it's usually the closest option.

I was rudely just told by Roy l at 6pm on 6/3/17 that "no" it ain't gonna to happen" when I tired to buy gas with a $50 then before I could say anything else he looked around me and said "next". If it was over him not having change for my $50 then I would of simply bought more fuel. I'll never buy anything from breaktime again. I was treated as if my money isn't good enough or I deserve respect as a customer

Says it's open till 12 am. Closed at 10 with the employee inside. Why do companies do this....
