Staff was kind and clothing is fairly priced for being vintage/ consignment store clothing and most items are unique. Also has multiple fitting rooms! Some items are handmade and a bit more expensive compared to their other items, but are still very reasonable. Two handmade shirts I looked at were about $20-30, and other items ranged in price. Got a baggy tee here for $5 (half off of the original price, $10). Pictures are two shirts I did not buy but tried on.

Special thanks to the elegant girls that helped me at their clothing shop in the Loop named Found, a Vintage clothing boutique. So kind, wonderful, the ladies stopped and gave me directions to the Italian district named The Hill, the college area by Webster, and told me about the street fair for 420 on April 22nd, a Saturday, that will be a street party. Thank you so much, I found my way to the restaurants at The Foundry. Support local businesses in Saint Louis. Shop in the neighborhood full of college coeds in the building Found Vintage on The LOOP by the university. Thomas

Great selection of unique and eclectic vintage items! Wonderful range of fair pricing. Super friendly and helpful staff. Found a ton of wardrobe staples that I know I’ll treasure for a very long time. Definitely one of STL’s hidden gems!

I encountered found booth some time ago when there was a festival on Delmar. I didn't buy anything that day, but I was super excited to shop their store when I noticed the store front opened.

About 2 weeks ago I stopped by in the evenings after work I wasn't paying attention to the time but I noticed a couple and one other person shopping the store so I decided to stop in as I open the door a blonde woman told me I'd have to come back tomorrow. No problem.

Today I visited and was having a good experience but that same blonde woman left a bad taste on my mouth with her treatment of customers.

I was the only one shopping in store at first having a good time viewing all the Vintage items. Another woman stopped in and was shopping, and then a man came in.

The man ended up leaving after the blonde woman hassled him about sitting his backpack to the side. There was no secure area to put backpack, anyone could have gone through or taken while he shopped. He made the right decision not to shop there. This is a college city, not everyone who wears a backpack has the intention to steal and shouldn't be treated as a thief.

After I looked through all the racks I wanted to look through, I came to the blonde woman and asked her if I could try items on, or how does it work?

She stands there while I struggled to count all the dresses I had bc they do NOT provide carts, which was 10 dresses. Then says to me with the most awful smirk "well you can only try on 5 at a time"

I kept quiet for several seconds as I as completely schocked at her lack of customer service and awful tone. I handed her all the dresses and let her know that I would not be trying anything on today and left.

It's unrealistic for me, a single mom chasing around a busy toddler to try five get fully dressed then get undressed to try he next five. I push myself hard enough as it is im not going to make myself moe tired undressing and dressing more than I need to bc Karen thinks everyone is a thief.

I understand the blonde woman's concern for Safety and Security, but where is the diplomacy? She watched me count, every single dress and at that moment myself and one other woman were the only people in the store (two employees and two customers)

In my opinion it's a Tuesday afternoon school is started I don't see it being overly busy to the point where she cannot confirm that the 10 dresses have been returned or purchased. Get a better security system!! Her customer service is severely lacking and honestly needs many lessons on how to treat people and speak with a proper tone.

If you don't mind poor customer service, go for it, but it's a BIG NO for me.

Edit: I also thought there were too many items on the rack it was too hard to push the clothes apart and view them you had to like fish them off the rack and smells like moldy basment.

****I strongly disagree that your employees do their best relaying policies... the blonde gal is EXTREMELY LOUD and RUDE-ruined my day- thats the whole point of my review!!!!!! Learn how to treat customers!!!!! Along with lack organization.

Maybe sending your employees to some sort of customer service and loss prevention training would be highly beneficial, but that would cost you money and customers service Cleary isn't in your heart.

I wouldn't be surprised if I see your store space empty in a few months. I don't wish poorly on anyone but the experience I had with that blonde woman+your poor response defending her is disgusting and would be much deserved. So unprofessional to defend an employees bad behavior. You don't treat people spending their money in your house like that!!!!!

Also one of the recent reviews is from an employee I saw steaming clothes!!! Not only do they treat paying customers like thieves they cheat the system***

This place smells bad and I felt so uncomfortable the whole time I was shopping. The girl at the front counter followed and watched me, I do not recommend shopping here.
