AT&T Store

Love the service Paul is a very new addition to the staff and I love his knowledge and dedication and service keep it up AT&T !!!!

No wait time, very friendly and helpfull staff. I got a great trade in deal, and am very happy with my new phone!

Ronald did an excellent job in explaining everything and helping me to cross over from the older 12 to the 15 iPhone. He removed any doubts or concerns I had in making the purchase on my laptop vs in person.

Switched over a Verizon account and an AT&T prepaid account to regular accounts and it ended up being quite the ordeal, ha, just a lot of information and some system challenges.

We were helped by Brandon and he was awesome and did such a good job at being helpful, polite, keeping his cool with all the system issues, and helped us get everything set up that we needed. Very thankful for him, he rocked it!

I’m so happy with the merchandise that I purchased at this store! The employees were working very hard too, even assisting multiple people at the same time. I hope that they make really good money.

The gentlemen in this store were VERY helpful. After spending hours with people at a different store and on the phone, they got everything fixed up for our three phones.
We have been customers of AT&T for over ten years and of all our transactions, this was the smoothest.
They were able to answer all our questions and were more familiar with the phones than others we spoke with. We'll definitely will return to this store!

I was having a horrible experience with Straight Talk and had literally had ENOUGH! I was out of town with a friend and decided to visit the AT&T store which was conveniently located in the mall that we were at. The two AT&T representatives that were working at the store when I stopped there were both helping other customers but I only had to wait about 5 minutes. I explained what was going on to the representative and in less than 20 minutes later, I had a working phone and I didn’t even have to pay for anything at that time. The representative was extremely kind and so very helpful. The best part is that I got to tell Straight Talk to kick rocks after having to deal with them for 3 days and several phone calls lasting a total of multiple hours on the phone in an attempt to change networks which was FORCED on me in the first place. All that time was wasted and literally ZERO progress was made. I am very pleased with the help I received.

Both Christian and Mike were so very helpful. I spent hours on the phone with at&t customer service and these two at the store were able to help me. Great customer service I will drive the extra way just to see these two! Thanks and keep up the good work!

Don’t go to any other location but this one! Their team is utterly amazing and so professional. After having issues at another location we came to the Galleria with the hopes of getting our issue solved. The staff is so friendly and personable. They took the time to figure out what was going on and didn’t rush us out the door… like the other location… very clean and organized as well 10/10

After nearly four hours of frustration trying trying to buy a new iPhone online, I want to the ATT store in the St Louis Galeria. There I had the good fortune to be helped by Christian M., whose friendliness and professionalism gave me complete confidence in the decisions I made, and pleasure in the buying process. I recommend him to anyone, but especially to technical novices such as myself.

Upon my arrival I was greeted immediately by the staff. They were very friendly and knowledgeable unlike in other AT&T stores. The staff explained everything to me in great detail and helped me in every way possible. Honestly, the people leaving the bad reviews probably were the problem because this was the BEST experience I’ve had with an AT&T store seriously! I will definitely be back!

Mr. Brandon and his supervisor were amazingly helpful to
me! They helped me choose the items that I needed for
my phone. The Corporate AT&T store told me that they couldn't
Help me because they are just there to sell phones. Something
Happened to the camera on my phone. An employee at the Brentwood
Store told me to go find the Arab people and see if they would
help. I paid $950.00 for this Samsung phone. I have been an
AT&T customer for 46 years! When you were Southwestern Bell
I gave piano lessons to get a phone in my bedroom with my
Own number. That was a big deal in 1975. AT&T won't help me
Fix my camera so when this phone dies I will beat it with a brick
And NEVER return to AT&T. I doubt if anyone will care but I
Will go to any other carrier except AT&T. Your company doesn't
Care about me or my phone. It is disheartening and I will
Never refer Anyone to you.

Very short wait. Got my phone upgraded and the staff was really nice, we had great conversations. They had my phone transferred over super quick! I was really surprised how fast we got out. New management, it has improved a lot.

So yesterday I got to the AT&T store, wonderful staff. Very patient and helpful. I was having troubles with Apple upstairs and billing that was supposed to be posted. A certain Rep, Rashidah Thompson stood out completely. Stayed to the very last minute before closing and even after closing. She has given golden customer service. Very polite and personable.

I arrived at AT&T having already visited Sprint and Verizon stores in order to assess my phone options going forward as I get off my parents' phone plan. Stephen and Ena, the two representatives who assisted me and gave me information on my new iPhone 11/unlimited plan, were by far the most professional and straightforward of any phone representative I'd spoken with in my search for a new network.

My first visit Ena was able to aptly assess all of my options and payment plans that would fit my budget moving forward. I left to give it some thought, then realized the only mistake I'd made was leaving the store in the first place.

I returned the next day where Stephen patiently assisted me for nearly three hours while he helped me port over my older Verizon number and phone information (apps, contacts etc.) to my new device. Their store closed at 9:00PM; he stayed with me until nearly 10:00PM to ensure the job was done correctly. He answered any and all questions about my payment/plan, and gave me the hard facts on how much everything would cost. There were absolutely no "smoke and mirrors" as I had experienced with Verizon and Sprint.

Should anyone desire to get a new phone network, visit this particular AT&T store; their staff is trained immeasurably well and I would recommend anyone visit this location for phone needs in the future!

Fantastic Service! The team went above and beyond to help with a rather tangled mess that the phone customer service people created. I walked into the store feeling hopeless, and they helped me solve it. They're super knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and if I need help again I'd absolutely go to this store.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Montell at this store. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient in his position. He assisted me in the purchase of my iPhone Pro and made it a smooth transition from Samsung to apple. I will definitely be back again!!!

The fellow who helped us was a true gem. Unfortunately I have forgotten his name. He got our new phone up and running. Just a heads up, another customer came in during our visit. She wanted her stuff transferred to a new phone after old one broke. She never backed up her stuff! BACK UP YOUR STUFF!!!
