They did such a great job on my Pom! Very professional staff and my dog was relaxed & happy (and so cute) when we picked him up.

I wanted to give a shout out to Dzenana at Lola’s. My dog, Ruthie, is always so excited to see her and she does a fabulous job grooming her. It’s amazing that Dzenana is able to handle Ruthie as she is a highly energetic doodle! It makes me so happy to know Ruthie enjoys her time at Lola’s and is well taken care of here. I love Lola’s and highly recommend.

Jennifer is the only person I trust with my 3.5lb yorkie! She’s absolutely incredible & treats every fur baby like they’re her own. Meia is a rescue and doesn’t like many people, but she loves Miss Jennifer and gets sooooo excited when we pull in the parking lot.

Lola and Penelope’s is by far my favorite pet boutique and salon in St. Louis. The store is spacious and comfortable and filled with cute and useful things for pet owners and the staff is amazing! Erin has helped me on multiple occasions helping me find the best groomer for my dog, treats and toys they will love, and finding food solutions! Eli and I visit L&P at least once a month for grooming and Eli is always excited to see Erin, Jennifer, and all his friends at Lola’s!

This is a wonderful pet store! Employers are very friendly. I always get the iced treats for my family dog!

This place is amazing! My Chihuahua Zuzu even meet Alejandro, a super handsome Chihuahua that showed Zuzu around the store. Took a picture of her in her new pajamas when we got home. We will be coming back and will recommend others to shop here as well. :)

I have been trying to find a groomer for my Afghan Hounds for a long time. Many salons and groomers are not interested in grooming long-haired dogs as they slow down production times. I was extremely fortunate to find Mackenzie at Lola & Penelope’s who not only seems to enjoy working with them but does such a terrific job when grooming them. She is very skilled and patient with them and they look gorgeous when she finishes with them. I was fortunate to find her!

Wonderful staff and very organized store! Erin always schedules my appointments and makes sure Kiwi is happy. My baby Kiwi loves coming here for grooming and new toys.

The only place I would ever take Bernie. It’s clean, awesome store that has anything you would ever want for your fur baby, they even carry fresh foods.

Will be coming back whenever i’m in town. I highly recommend adding a hot oil massage, her coat was the softest it’s ever been!

My puppy is 5 months and had his first grooming. Every worker was so friendly and helpful, I could tell he was instantly comfortable there. The place is adorable and very affordable. My little guy looked great and was so happy when we picked him up!

Love the holiday ties! Dexter always is groomed perfectly! No other groomer got the dark “tear stains” off - but you did! Love the pride you take in your work and so does Dexter!

I have been taking my toy poodle, Lottie, to Lola and Penelope’s for grooming ever since I adopted her two years ago. Rachel always does a great job, and Lottie leaves each time with an extra pep in her step!

I absolutely love this place! The groomers are fabulous with every single dog that I bring in, the customer service from the folks at the desk is perfect, and they're knowledgeable.

I took my cat here yesterday for a grooming appointment and I can honestly say that I felt super comfortable leaving him in their care. My cat was a stray and was found in an abandoned apartment after his past owners moved out so he’s very shy around new people. He seemed so happy about his new look and I will definitely be taking him back when he needs a good grooming. I will be sending all my friends here I highly recommend it!

We LOVE Lola and Penelope's! They are so sweet there and really kind to our fur baby. The cuts are always great too and we love all the other services they offer. Our dog gets itchy skin seasonally and the hot oil treatment helps tremendously! I would recommend them to everyone!

We are just thrilled with Lola and Penelope's. It's so hard to find such wonderful one-stop shopping for pets. They have everything you could imagine for pets including toys, bedding, clothing, and really high-quality food products. And their grooming services are just the best. Their groomers are all very kind and sensitive and are such animal lovers themselves. Our dog actually loves his grooming experience and so do we. I'm so happy to have found Lola & Penelope's and give it an A+++++ rating.

Mackenzie is by far the best groomer that our dog has ever gone to! She does a fabulous job with his fur (no matter the condition!) and treats him super well while he's there! We highly recommend her for your four-legged friend!
