Upon entering the door, the aura gave me the feel of Royalty . The many oil burners, oil fragrances and other items featured in the store were astonishing. The Prince himself has his own collection of fine fragrances and the aroma is absolutely breathtaking . It’s an experience that you wouldn’t want to miss. I highly recommend you experience it for yourself and I guarantee you will leave there feeling like the Queen or King that you are . From the time I came through the door, I was greeted by the captivating scents. The place was decorated nicely and was inviting. Also, I got top-notch service. Every scent I smelled was really nice. I got a wealth of knowledge of the new fragrances that I wasn't accustomed to. I was glad to hit the door home and tried the lip balm, and the body butter on my face and hands. The oils have my home smelling delightful. I will definitely be a customer for life. The products are awesome. Thanks again for the awesome service.

I LOVE this store! First, when you walk in Paul greets you and explains what the store is all about. His lovely wife Melanie went through the different types of scent lamps and allowed me to sample all of the scents without rushing me. They also have so much to choose from. I would highly recommend going here! They know you on a first name basis and even take pictures with all of their clients!

For me, Customer Service is a TOP priority, and I must say, Prince Paul exceeded my expectations! The time he took to explain the products and the benefits of them was great and seldom seen anymore. Not to mention the incredible aroma exuding from the place! I walked in for one thing and walked out with three products I am EXCITED to use!

I learned about this place tucked away on Natural Bridge one day leaving Levels shop. I was amazed and mesmerized by the inside of the store and the available inventory. I was in need of airplane friendly packaging and The Prince Collection delivered. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now. My first purchase was made back in November 2019. The body butter has an excellent texture, goes on smoothly, and last all day...not to mention the awesome variety of fragrances that are offered. The Prince Collection LLC offers quality products and superior service. I've began using the body butter and lip balm over a year ago when I met the owner, Paul, in person. I have tried several oil products for my home and they were all unsuccessful; however, The Prince Collection has several amazing scents. These scents actually smell good throughout my home. I am constantly receiving compliments on how great my home smell from these products.
