The aisles are clearly marked and more than wide enough for 2 carts to pass. The store is clean and organized. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The bakery staff doesn't get enough credit! I call for a cake with a theme, and it comes out perfect every time without me explaining, and reasonably priced. Thanks

This is by far the best and my most favorite grocery store to go to I’ve been going here for 30+ years the staff is awesome some of them have even been there as long as I’ve been going there. And Terry Glunt Is outstanding he should be running that whole store…

Autumn was my bagger and earned this 5 star review all by herself! She actually offered to go get my ice! I thought it would be by the door. It is a shame that it isn't easy to find a way to leave a positive comment about a store or an employee! I really had to search but she was friendly and offered exceptional service!

I love this price chopper!! I go to it religiously. But…don’t go in the evenings because customer service is horrible. I was overcharged for something on my previous visit, so I went in to get a refund and turn in some milk bottles. They wouldn’t even acknowledge my customer service needs because “they were too busy”. All I can say is…keep enough staff on next time. It’s always a hot mess in there after dark.

I feel like this is one of the best grocery stores in the metro. They are community minded and very helpful - to the point that they still help people to their vehicles with their bags. I think the management team tries to make everyone's experience positive from the employees to the customer.

One of my favorite stores! The layout of the store makes sense and items are where they should be. They are always well stocked and the staff is always pleasant and helpful.

I'd like to give a big shout out to the catering team under Scott Smith. They recently catered a large luncheon (100+). Not only was the food top quality and attractively displayed, they went above and beyond. We we short-handed with volunteers and they set up tables and broke them down afterwards, helped clean up and assisted with many other small details. We will definately use them again not just because of the high quality of their food, but the customer service was over the top great!

It was great. I found a young man and ask him about a piece of beef. He immediately went to the butcher who came out and told me exactly what I needed to know. Perfect!

I was craving a certain cut of meat they were out of til tomorrow. They made one up that was similar and awesome!!! The meat department. Robert and (Roger?) Thank you!!!! This is why I shop Price Chopper! Customer service!!!

I love this Price Chopper. Staff is friendly and helpful. I have one ASD (4) & one ASD ADHD (5) kids. They know to look out for them if they try to run out. It can be a lot to deal with. They treat us very well. Jerrie, Karen, Pam, and all of the staff are great! I can't praise this store enough. Also they have the best Chopper Chicken of anyone I have tried. (291 in Independence/new PC in KC 291).

Its always very clean. You always have a cashier waiting to check you out. There staffed good and if you need help with something they will go out of their way to accomodate. Its my fav Price Chopper.

Friendliest store I have ever been in. Every employee I came across asked how I was doing and if they could help me find what I was looking for. They also have amazing sandwiches in their deli!
