The girl who worked late night shift here is literally an angel! She helped me transferred my son’s prescription to their pharmacy in mins ,checked availability and made it ready in 15mins!!! Can’t be any more thankful.

I always enjoy going to my local Walgreens! Everyone is always so nice and helpful! My latest trip I had several Walgreens coupons and Lisa went thru them to make sure I got the best deal! Pharmacist that gave me my vaccination was very friendly also!

Megan (young pretty Brunnette, short, cute) was beyond professional and helpful with my meds. She explained everything in a helpful way, she was quick and efficient and customer service was 10/10. That’s so rare in a day and age where most companies don’t place much emphasis on customer service. She earned my business for sure.

I have a love hate relationship with pharmacies. It isn’t because of the staff or anything they can usually control. If they don’t have a medication I don’t believe that is necessarily their fault. Although I will say, I had a difficult situation with medication for my father who has stage 4 cancer. I was able to verify this location had the medication in stock. When I showed up I was told there was an insurance issue. So I explained I recently tried to fill it at a different Walgreens location. The technician was very kind and asked the pharmacist for assistance in overriding the insurance issue since we never received the medication (the other Walgreens didn’t have it in stock). The pharmacist was able to work magic and put a rush on my dad’s prescriptions. I am grateful for the kind and superb customer service I received today. I know the retail pharmacy industry and how easy it is to be discouraged while working there. The lady who assisted me was kind, courteous, and professional. She is the face of Walgreens pharmacy at this location. Thank you for your kindness, help, and understanding. You hired a good one, Walgreens. Give this girl a raise. 🤍

I realized at 11:30 that I had forgotten to check the status of an important prescription that I had been waiting for at my usual Walgreens (which closes early). The pharmacist at this location, Lisa had my prescription ready in less than 30 minutes and with a happy/helpful spirit! So thankful for her tonight.

Troy is amazing at his job and the customer support he gives isn't seen often anymore, so thank you Troy for helping your Walgreens look better. We appreciate everything..

Allan was a great help in the photo center. I never printed photos off using one of those kiosk machines. He was very patient with me and extremely professional while he was showing me how to operate the kiosk.

Anna was the tech printing off my photos. She experienced some issues with a machine that was out of her control. She let me know if the delay, and still got my photos out in a timely manner!

So thankful to this group. It’s obvious they are understaffed with the phone ringing off the hook and a steady stream of people. Even so, the young lady working July 2 at 9:47 and the pharmacist made me feel heard and helped with a problem created by local hospital. Kudos to good service in spite of obstacles. Thank you!

The pharmacy staff went above and beyond getting insurance authorization for my child's prescriptions just an hour before closing. I love the pharmacy staff at this location! They are always super nice and helpful

John helped us above and beyond to find my wifes ins to fill her script when we dodnt have the card. We are very grateful for his help as we live out of town. Very pleasant experience.

Has the best photo service of any Walgreens or CVS in the KC Metro area. I’ve been to several locations.

I love Walgreens for one reason and one reason only. Their seasonal items! Always such cute little things for stockings or baskets, etc. Other than that, they are too damn expensive!

Came in at around 130 am looking for postcards, !!!!!super friendly cashier!!!!! told us that they didnt sell them ( :( ) but not only told us a place that would, also told us how to get there and showed us. 10/10 would visit again if they had postcards
