Cloud 9 Liquor

All of the employees are very friendly and start to pick up on what their regulars come in for and have it ready at the counter which is a nice feeling. Store is decently clean. They have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages and a smaller selection of non alcoholic drinks. My favorite store to come to because some of their tobacco products are priced lower than surrounding gas stations and convenience stores.

I saw a bunch of bad reviews and don’t believe one. I’ve been goin here for years every employee is friendly and helpful, they have a great selection at decent prices, and a nice selection of glass art and other tabbaco supplies.

Great place to get some good wild turkey

It had a pretty good selection of beer, wine, and liquor. We made a quick stop in on our way to visit family.

Don’t get gas from here!!!! My son went there to get gas, gave the clerk 40.00 cash. His truck only took 25.00, my son went back in for his change and the clerk wanted to keep acting like he couldn’t understand my son when he asked for the change. And he kept telling my son no. He wouldn’t give his change to him. That clerk must have really needed money to steal it from a 16 year old kid!!!!!

The lady who works the counter is rude allll the time . She has no idea what product is there . I’ve asked for things an she talks like she doesn’t understand English and says no don’t have and then seconds later I find it literally right behind her . They also have prices on NOTHING so if you want to know what ANY alcohol cost you have to have her scan it . That was her answer when confronted up no prices on anything . I’ve heard others complain of this to in there . Very inconvenient. The guy who runs the store is very kind and polite but he needs to replace this lady and price the alcohol

I ordered a tequila delivery from cloud 9 through doordash. Cloud 9 sent the wrong stuff. I tried to call Cloud 9 store with the google listed number. The phone wasn't accepting calls and the mailbox was full. So I called doordash and they reordered. I called the dasher before she got there to have her check the order b4 she picked it up. It was wrong again! She said the store manager said they were out of the stuff that i wanted and that what he was about to send was all they had. It was a significantly cheaper product. He was still charging me for the higher priced product. Buyer beware!!! Will not be shopping again at this "Bait and Switch" Business!!!!!

They have never gotten my door dash order right. They always give me the wrong cheaper version of what I ordered and don't give me the difference in my money.
