Hubby and I came in to grab a few new things and we were greeted by Josie aka DADDY 😜 Josie is AWESOME! She’s super knowledgeable and if being a store manager doesn’t work out she could definitely do stand up 🤣 Thank you Jodie for helping us find the things that we needed and for the suggestions. This store is the BEST adult store in KC!!

Had the most amazing experience here this evening!!! Took a friend for her Bachelorette weekend to find the last thing she needed for her upcoming wedding and was not disappointed. We were greeted when we walked in, helped the entire time we were there and the staff was completely incredible! Could not have gone any better! If you are in need of spicy items and a great shopping experience, this is the place to go! I will definitely be going back!

I love this store! The place looks nice, the dance wear and lingerie selection is great, and the staff are very informative and kind. They don’t judge and they go out of their way for you.
The manager cracks me up, she really brings life to the establishment and empowers you.
I’m a frequent shopper due to my “accounting” work, and because of the atmosphere I refuse to take my business elsewhere!

She was absolutely fantastic! Fun, helpful and engaged so much! Made buying my first corset a perfect experience. Can’t wait to go back to see her again!

I was shopping for some lingerie and the ladies were EXTREMELY helpful!! They held me find two really sexy portions, both body positive, since I'm a plus size girl. Great experience and they went out of their way to find me just the perfect outfit!!

Josie was very helpful. She helped me and explained some pills we was looking to get. I was very nervous to even go there. She made us feel so comfortable crack jokes with me and my husband. The GM Josie was extremely helpful when it came to the products and where they are located. She was very friendly, professional, and willing to assist. Josie made my trip to Cirillas one of the best experiences ever and I will be back because of her personality and customer service skills. 👍💯

Definatly the best location around. The boss is hilarious, the staff is wonderful, and it makes for an interesting visit every time! The other locations just don't quite compare to this one. Whatever they are doing here, they need to teach to the other stores

I needed a gift that would be perfect and Josey was so GREAT helping me find not just one gift but, several! She is very professional and makes you feel so comfortable and not embarrassed. A very clean store, lots of options...great employee!! I'll be back!

Lots of different toys and clothes. The person (lady, and I think she was a manager) working was very knowledgeable of the toys and even gave some suggestions. And NOT IN A CREEPY WAY, added bonus!!

I was in today and needed some assistance picking out some new toys to meet my needs. Josie walked me through a variety of options, talked through the pros of each and I came home with exactly what I was looking for. She is awesome. Thank you so much.

Went back in to exchange for the item I was wanting and the person that did the exchange was super friendly and helpful, it made me really comfortable. Highly recommended this location ❤

I have been to a couple of the Cirilla’s stores and none of them compare to the one on N Oak Trafficway in Kansas City. Josie is the absolute best she makes you feel so comfortable when you walk in. You feel like you have known her forever. She knows her stuff and helps you find exactly what you are looking for. I will only shop at the Gladstone store and it’s all because of Josie ❤❤❤❤

New management was amazing. First time ever I actually was helped and shown something that fit my needs and budget without upselling things I don't need. Very nice and attentive, cracks good jokes. All around friendly and safe vibe. A+.

Literally the best place for all your dance wear!!! The manager and staff is always friendly and very helpful!! I literally drive out of my way to come to this location due to the excellent customer service and best selections!!
