I would like to commend a young lady named Lilian from the Pharmacy department. I called and was in so much discomfort. I never had a pharmacist care so much as to give me a call back to make sure I was fine and if I was able to get the prescription from the doctor because they would be closing soon. She actually cared so much. She was professional and kind. She informed me that the CVS in Ledgewood would be open until 7:00pm~ one hour longer. I never knew that. You don’t see this kind of caring ways today! Because of her, Lilian from the Randolph location ~ and Emma and Brad from the Ledgewood location , I will always be a CVS customer!

Great service today! Just had a script called in from a telemedicine visit that I had at the Weiss Grocery store. I called CVS 10 min later and they told me it was waiting for me. Drove down within 3 min and paid for it and picked it up.... all within 15 min of the end of my televisit. Great friendly service!

Shirley in the pharmacy went out of her way to find me a coupon for a medication. The price went from $386 to $10. She took about 15 minutes of her time to search for me which she didn’t have to do. Great customer service!! Matt was also very helpful. Friendly staff!!

I see a lot of low star votes and felt the need to leave a 5 star. This pharmacy is really busy, but personally all the employees have been so nice. All you have to do is have a seat at the pharmacy and you'll see how busy this place is. Just be a little more understanding, realize the stress and pressure they must be under, and a little kindness and a smile could go a long way.

I had a great checkout experience at the CVS in Randolph today. I had questions about pricing, and coupons to apply to my purchases. Jeny, the checkout associate, kindly answered my questions and helped me with my coupons. I’ll keep going back to CVS!

Went to pick up a prescription for a family member that was already called in and waited about 15 minutes. It was really busy and people were very rude to the tech. He kept his cool and remained very professional. People should be more understanding and not take it out on the first person they see. He should get a raise because I wouldn't be so nice.

I've had nothing but great experiences there. On several occasions I was in to drop off an Rx expecting to have to return, instead I had it 10 minutes later. And when I couldn't find something I was approached and taken right to it. You may pay a little more for certain items, but my time and convenience and service are more important to me.

I went had a test done yesterday and the staff at the pharmacy drive thru were really nice, patient, and kind. They took the time to explain everything that it needed to be done and it was nice to interact with people that cares. Great professionals at this location!

I went for a Covid test on 10/3/2021 The woman administering the test Sharon White was the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you Sharon for making a stressful situation relaxing and easy.

Alyssa was fantastic! She helped me with my prescription questions and also walked me to another item I needed to pick up. Very personable!

Even though the pharmacy is over worked and under staffed, I've never had an issue here. Michelle and Lori are both an absolute joy to deal with.

Always have what I need

The low rating and bad reviews of this CVS pharmacy don’t make sense to me. I have used this CVS for years and the pharmacy staff have always been very efficient and friendly. They are also incredibly busy, so perhaps some reviewers feel the staff is not giving them enough time? I have watched them at work and have respect for the service they provide under a lot of pressure. I have NEVER had to wait longer than expected. The automated phone and text notifications work well - they are always on time and ahead of me for script renewals.
As for pricing, of course they are more expensive than Walmart, etc... they are a pharmacy and have a ’convenience store’ retail model. The ‘toilet roll-length’ receipts and coupons at checkout are annoying on many fronts. While coupons help with closer price matching, they often come when you have just bought an item, so are really a waste of paper! Should go digital for coupons and get better analytics to predict when a customer is ready to buy and provide coupons in advance.
But that is a minor issue as I really just want CVS to excel at proving my meds... and they do!

I live in Randolph so I go to this CVS more than Morristown. Morristown CVS seems bigger and nicer. Randolph CVS is okay. I have not had any major problems. Once I asked for help locating otc medication and the pharmacy tech was rude and unhelpful. I still could not find it and asked the manager to help me (she did) and all was good. Sometimes the wait for a cashier up front is long but I think they just want you to use self checkout.

Pharmacists & Staff are Always Nice whenever I pick up my Prescriptions, even though it's a Busy place! They Do have Long Receipts, though. Haha. Plus, they give Painless Flu Shots! 😉

Just to counter some of these awful reviews: I've had good experiences whenever I've visited this store. Nothing exceptional, but they've always been polite and professional.
