Went in with our 4 year old for a pair of tennis shoes. Weren’t really sure what we were looking for, so the sales associate Hope grabbed the one style we wanted and then three other options too just in case. She was so nice and patient with my daughter as she was trying different styles on and even tried showing her how to tie the rainbow laces she got. She is WONDERFUL and got it to where my daughter left the store in the shoes she got. She is amazing!

The young ladys were very helpful. While my toddler was banging on a chair , one was kind enough to play along with him . Very helpful

I came into Journeys today in Northpark Mall..I was looking for a birthday present and found the perfect pair of shoes. They did not have the size I needed. Hope was helping me and asked if I could wait while she unpacked the new shipment. They had the size I needed!! I will go back to this store based on how Hope went above and beyond to help me!! Great customer service Hope!!!

I visited this store today to look for shoes for an upcoming hiking trip. Upon entering the store I was greeted by a very friendly employee who spent awhile having casual conversation with me. Generally I would rather find what I'm looking for rather than being sold a product but he made no pressure for me to buy anything. After I told him what I was looking for he showed me what they had available. When I expressed that I wasn't sure it was exactly what I was looking for he told me about a nearby store that I should check and seemed genuinely glad I had stopped by despite leaving empty handed. I believe his name is Jake and he is the store owner or manager. Either way he is a great example of how to provide top notch customer service.

My daughter love journeys

I came in to buy a pair of platform high top converse. They didn’t have them available in store and going up a half size was too big. I orders them and they took forever to get delivered. I told the clerk multiple times what size I wore. I go to return them they didn’t have them in store and then told me they’re not available online then suggested another pair in a size too big. In ordered them online elsewhere for a higher pride which is absolutely ridiculous. STOP TRYING TO SELL PEOPLE SHOES THAY DONT FIT… If I wanted the half size up I wouldn’t have asked for the specific size I did. Also, how does a company just not have something available to order but I was able to get it elsewhere!

I went yesterday around 6:30 and the workers were very rude and didn’t help us, it was two females. The whole time in the store they didn’t greet us and ignored us while continuing to converse with each other even though we’re the only customers in the store. Once we decided to go to a different store because we weren’t getting help one of the workers got up from sitting on the ground and started dancing which I felt was rude when she hid the whole time we were in the store and needed help.

Stopped by with my son to buy a Christmas present. Terrible customer service. The store was packed and the two employees were just standing behind the register not helping anyone. When asked about a shoe size, my son was told they might have it, but we would have to pay cash. Clearly, they didn’t want to get the shoe size, so we left and bought elsewhere.
