They added a Shaq line to the Big and Tall and I love the look of the shirts! I hope they keep up the great work on getting clothing lines for big and tall people! Plus sizes need to stay fashionable and JCP has it at an affordable price

I was shopping for a certain item. Found it and went to check out. Had a discount e-mail but no coupon or bar code to use to get the right price. The associate did not give up, she called a supervisor and got me my discount. I was very appreciative. JC Penney's has great employees.

I have grown up coming in this store. This has always been my mom's favorite store. Usually nine times out of 10 I can usually find what I want in JCPenney.

Very sanitary and lots of sanitizer all around the store! Masks MUST be worn. Great selection of items and great sales!! Store is very neat!! Great customer service! Staff was super friendly helped me by giving me a coupon I didn't know was out!! 👍
