In and out! Went in tonight knowing what I wanted to accomplish with my hair. The lady working didn't treat me badly or judgmental with all of my questions. She was super helpful and sweet. She also made sure I had everything I needed without trying to sell me the whole store. She was very knowledgeable and kind!

I have been at this location a few times and every time has been a pleasant experience. I previously had a hairstylist but Sally's Beauty has helped me to reclaim my wallet while also allowing me to continue to dye my hair and express my individuality. One particular employee, Serenity, was very helpful and knowledgeable and freely offered advice on my continued trips to this location. I truly feel like she is a gem and I will keep coming back whenever I need product or advice. I love Sally's Beauty!

Great all around beauty products! They are still missing some products that I use to get there for African Americans. They still don't have them. But I get only things I can get! Still love Sally's! You can order online and pick up in store!

The manager helped me out so much! Introduced me to cream lightened, as well as showing me what colors to mix to go from black to strawberry blonde. I will post completed pictures. She is amazing! Love how helpful and friendly everyone was. The before and after. I need to get that conditioner! It is amazing! So in love.

It's perfect!! The staff are very nice and knowledgeable!! I always leave there smiling and the prices are the cherry on top to a giant piece of strawberry cheesecake from 54th Street Grill&Bar in Lee's Summit 💜😇

I buy all my waxing supplies at Sally Bell. They also have the best brands of hair supplies. I've been there for manicure items as well. The associates are very knowledgeable and are courteous and efficient.
