H-E-B Fresh Bites Convenience Store

Super great! I came to Leander for some business and was pleasantly surprised by the convenience store :) they had the chips I’ve been searching for and the barbacoa tacos were great, reminded me of those from home. 10/10 experience.

Great selection of a variety of quick eats. The Taco shop is always too busy for us to get fresh tacos (highly recommend) adding more help. Gas, ice, beer and even propane are all easy to get. One of the cheapest bags of ice we could find in this area!

My go to gas and quick bite place now. Hotdogs costed 1.97$ . Good options on drinks. Bonus; it has a taco place, haven’t tasted yet.

Great tacos! Gas prices they beat any nearby location so far and our go to place now for gas.

The taco gas station is truly HEB tier greatness!

Everytime I wait in line forever, And that's a understatement. But I will always return, because they always have ice. I work in the sun every day. -2 stars because HEB should know better people don’t like to wait in the long lines it’s only a matter of time before they find somewhere else that has what they want and they don’t have to wait forever.

Zero customer service. I stood at the counter to purchase alcohol and the cashier completely ignored me. So when self checkout opened up, I walked 2 steps over to just check myself out since she was standing at the counter ignoring me. Once I scanned my item, it asked for an ID. She then perked up and told me I couldn't purchase alcohol at the self checkout and that I needed to get in line for her to check me out. I told her I was just at the counter and that she ignored me so how do I even win here??? I put my items down and left. Will absolutely not return here.

This location charges more on their items then the other local gas stations. Shop here if you want to get overcharged on anything from candy & chips to tobacco & drinks. HEB usually does a great job but this convenience store needs to implement price changes.

Consistently 20 cents more than near by gas stations.

Charges for air pump, and the machine didn’t even work.

Pump interface is annoying and plays ads while pumping.

Go to QT instead.

It took them more than 27 minutes to serve my sandwich order #253405, they also manipulate the system not to show delays, by sending sms saying order is ready for pick up at the counter while it was not, out of 5 or 6 hard workers, my order was given to a lazy blue shirt guy who was not even moving normally, it took him 5 rounds to move the bread from grill to plastic boxes, Brisket was already made and stored in oven! Nothing was pending to be cooked! Impossible
