walking in the store and the vibe you feel is pretty close to perfect I mean they are all so friendly and have not a forced but natural smile and I guess that friendly vibe and they answer any question and are very patient and understand you're not there to break your bank. I remember the owner or mane manager saying we want to help you get the best fire stuff and still have money for your groceries later. you can go in and say this is how much cash I have this is kinda what I want and they are on it with suggestions and knowledge to help guide you to the best and most affordable products. I like how even when I was super indecisive the guy was so nice and patient and helped me to the end now the product is amazing they have it all and I like how the lowest priced product is on the bottom and then as you go up so does the price I tried everything there besides edibles and I'm super impressed they always have deals as well and the best one so far is 60% of your first time purchase.

Off the charts always comes through with the good deals and goods weed. Mali is a good budtender and recommended products within my budget.

This was my first time at Off The Charts. I was very impressed with their facility but even more impressed with their service. They totally blew me away with their inventory and the quickness of their delivery.

I did not scan their internet site to know they required cash only. I do not mind when a business wants to deal with cash only I just wish I had seen that before shopping there, No harm done because they had an ATM machine just outside the interior room. All and all I would do all my business there. One last thing...they gave me a 25% discount as a new customer. Tell me what is there not to love!

This is my spot for sure. Alway nice quick service even when they are packed. Good deals are fair prices. Could use a better loyalty program, but otherwise, I still go for my needs to meet.

Straight to the point, I would go here before any other shop in Sacramento. I drive 40 min to and back from this shop because it's worth it. Wish you guys still had your discounts but the selection and price is fair compared to other shops.

This place has a great variety, exceptional customer service. I've referred over 6 people in a week. They all love this place. Prices are good, so much to choose from. Wish it was closer to home. Can't wait to go back.
