Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

I was literally standing on line.... they helped the person in front of me and walked off. I thought they had something to do and waited. I watched them last move over to the side and just stand there. Looked like no reason at all. Then they proceeded to pace back and forth. I must've stood there at the register for at least 15 minutes with no help. Finally someone asked him to take my order. I've never seen anything like it. Other people were looking and making confused faces. It was weird, like I was invisible. Food was great, service not so much.

My brother Eugene and I stopped in for a couple of frozen yogurt twist cones. Rayna, the young lady who took our order (then brought it to us!) Couldn't have been nicer. The cones were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place.

The store front was sloppy, mostly clean, but younger employees just don't get work and pride in collecting a paycheck. Also, management is very nice actually all employees are nice only thing I noticed was that employees that have worked there long time need new shirts they are dirty clean just wore out food is always gre at

We bought some ice cream. He got mint chocolate chip and I got white chocolate macadamia and German chocolate. I like the German chocolate one best.

Great service. We shopped there. Didn't eat there this time. When we do, food & ice cream are very good.

Could be a bit cleaner but that's on the customers, amazing how sloppy people can be. I litterally saw someone get the next table over messy. The food and service is excellent!

Ordered two waffle cones thru drive thru. Sat a pretty long time with two cars ahead of us. Watched the employee stick two cones out the window to the car ahead of us and too them back in. It was our order. When we got up to the window I could see our cones starting to melt. When the setver finally got to us he reached for the cones. I was about to refuse them. Before I got the chance he tossed them in the trash I got us new ones. Made us feel better.

Typical small town Cafe. Excellent coffee, good, quick service and friendly locals. I'll be back!

Love this place. Great food, the best frozen yogurt twist cones. Been coming here for years, and will keep coming back. Friendly service, usually very clean, unless they're really busy, and even then, it's not horrible. Recommended, especially for the ice cream.

I really liked this place. The frozen yogurt on a sugar cone was top notch. The prices reasonable. Go for the banana split. It looked tertific. Clearly homemade frozen delights. I will be back!

Jesus Christ. One of the best "fastfood" restaurant chains in Joplin. The burgers are so fresh and the frozen yogurt in the waffle cones are freaking insane. If your visiting I most definitely recommend going.

Great place for burgers and sandwiches and ice cream Plus they got the little miniature grocery store inside for some necessities I've never had a complaint. In fact I think at one time the owner had Peter Pan ice cream stores boy was that a long time ago and I love that place too.

Delicious! Best German Chocolate ice cream in oh so long! And the grand kids loved their hot cocoa & strawberry shortcate too the cone was oh so fresh tasting too. Definitely will come again next time in town!

Friendly service. Very clean store on the grocery side. Milk was delicious but way too expensive for my blood.

On my way home after a long day, I was so hungry. I pulled into Braums and saw the chicken dinner special. You better be hungry, chicken strips, french fries, Hawaiian roll, gravy, spicy dipping sauce, and topped off with a cookie. Yum!!

I love their ice cream!!! Best ice cream around!
