CVS

Normally not particularly thrilled with this CVS because of the pharmacy, this story is much different. Marge and Sam, neither attached to the pharmacy, were terrific! Sam was a little unsure of himself and asked for help. Marge, by her own admission, is old school and gave superlative customer service. Her help went from the cashier's station through the store to help with my return and its replacement. The only negative was my inability to find the 17 digit number on my receipt to type in to give the favorable review I promised, which led me here.
Thank you Marge and Sam, we can all learn from you both!

I love this pharmacy. I read some reviews and ouch! Everyone is friendly even though it's always a mad house over there. Insurance companies run all of the doctors and pharmacies now. Give them a break. It's not the techs or the pharmacist making up the rules as they go along. It's the insurance companies dictating what it to be done.
So when they take the time to call your insurance company for you, be thankful. They do not have to do that. That's your responsibility to know your plan.
And by law they are not suppose to tell you who has what drugs in stock. Unfortunately pill heads and thieves have ruined that. They are now in fear of being help up for pills. So think about this stuff the next time you want to complain.

I'm very surprised at the negative reviews. Everyone that works in this store goes out of their way to be helpful! Very friendly and knowledgeable from the front register to everyone in the pharmacy! Love this store! Never ever had a bad experience! They have gone over and above to accommodate me, I can't imagine anyone having a problem!!!!

I found this pharmacy to be very professional and helpful. They carry a medication that I used to get at rite aid but they no longer carry it. The bathrooms need a power washing but overall the store is nice.

There are 3 CVSs close to our house and we tried them all before choosing this one. The staff is always friendly and (for the most part) our prescriptions are always ready as promised.

Good reliable pharmacy

I have to say coming from Mount Laurel CVS this pharmacy needs some help. The employees are great and very helpful, that's not the problem , but the layout of the store is pretty poor. Maybe the store is not as big, but it should be redesigned to make it easier to find things . I had to squeeze through racks to get to electronic section . Also, the store was out of tissues for weeks , I couldn't understand that. They also need to put a better sign up at the drive through so you use the correct line when picking up prescriptions .

Why are people allowed to fill and wait in the drive thru causing delays for the long line of people who are picking up?

Frustrating. Frustrating. Frustrating. Every single month I have to take a refill for the exactly the same medication and every single month I have a different problem. This time, after a long time of waiting, they told me they could not sell me the syringes, because they are “missing” in the prescription. How can I possibly take an intramuscular medication without syringes? Drink the medication??? No way. I MUST take this medication regularly and they did not do anything to help. Last month they gave me the wrong syringes. Frustrating

Really poor service especially when compared to other CVS stores in the area. Pharmacy is the worst experience.

Super long lines. Have had scripts called in multiple times that were not filled by the pharmacy 5+ hours after being called in.

The pharmacy only has one line so you have to wait in a long line just to drop off and again to pick up.
