I’ve been going to this place for over 3 years now it’s great prices and store is so clean all the time and everyone is so sweet there!

I always enjoy the great service from extremely helpful and polite CVS EMPLOYEES!!

Staff is extremely nice and helpful. The store and pharmacy are generally very helpful and polite.

I read a lot of ppl commenting on the minute clinic and returns. I have something to add.

First, I’ve been to this minute clinic twice (in Marlton) and never had a problem. I never had an appointment either and was able to get my booster one day and they were asking customers if they needed a flu vax at the beginning of flu season. I got mine and it was super quick.

The returns were a bit difficult at the height of Covid. Depending on what it was, they did not take back certain items. It was a little frustrating but after explaining why, I understood. I had to do an exchange on a $60 item and they did not have the product anymore. I chose a cheaper item and they gave me a store credit for the difference.

I was a customer at another cvs for so many years (over 20 years plus). Never had a problem until this one assistant manager came on, and she was awful (not Marlton). I stopped going over time and complained. CVS corporate reached out to me over my issues. They handled it well. She was no longer there after some time and things got better again. Talk to corporate if you have a continuing problem w a staff member. It’s not the stores fault (or other employees) for one bad encounter. They take their surveys seriously. This store I have never had an issue.

Pharmacy always goes out of their way to help when you have insurance issues as well.

A young male CVS associate at the Marlton, NJ location was a MVP tonight. My husband had to have a passport photo for an 8am appointment at the Philadelphia Passport office tomorrow. We had been to two other CVS’s and their photo machines were closed. At 9:45pm, I called the Marlton store and the young man confirmed he could help us if we got there within 30 minutes. When we arrived, he was ready, friendly, and efficient. He saved us from missing an emergency appointment at the passport agency tomorrow am and we are so grateful.

I get my prescriptions here. The pharmacy is always crazy busy; their were several people working back there. I needed a few pills to hold me over till I went to my doctor. They were very accommodating and gave me the pills. Very nice staff.

Now that the new manager Jason has started its a entirely new experience. I've been a customer there now for almost 14 years and still no one in the pharmacy knows who I am yet I am there every month to fill many prescriptions. I feel like all these young kids went to pharmacy school studied really hard and now that they're out there in the workforce they feel like they don't have to do anything.The new manager introduced himself to me and said if I had any problems I can come to him and he will handle them promptly. I have noticed a really big difference since he took over and now I am very pleased with the way things have been handled. It's the first time I felt someone there understood the importance of medication.

There are plenty of pharmacies in my area, all different companies. I have a lot of choices but I really don't see any need to switch from CVS. I think that in itself is a positive testimony. Repeat business is what every company wants and CVS has mine.

In and out, very pleasant experience. Elaine greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed help finding anything. You can never find truly nice people like that anymore.

In person is fine. Phone for pharmacy is a nightmare. Called 3 times yesterday, on hold 4 mins, 7 mins and 9 mins. Then when transferred on 4th call waited 17 mins. Tried twice this am, held 6 mins each time.

Mo who works at this cvs is such a pleasure to talk to, I had a great conversation with Mo, along with the other two people I was with. Great job Mo! Keep it up :)

The pharmacists and techs are helpful, even when they’re really busy.

The staff is always friendly. They greet you the second you enter. The pharmacy is very efficient and helpful.

Brian in the pharmacy department was very helpful and very kind!
