Very professional and personable staff. They go the extra mile to make sure customers are able to pick up their prescriptions on time. They have been experiencing a staff shortage, like any other business. They have recently returned to pre-Covid hours, and I am happy about that.

This particular Walgreens is my home store. I live close by and have gotten to know the staff in general and the staff that handles my prescriptions. Everyone is friendly and professional. It feels like small town America. The most interesting thing is I have gone to other Walgreens in the area and they too have that same small town feel. Each Walgreens has a slightly different personality as a store. Even so, the culture of every store is one of service and friendliness. I like all of them and each has a separate personality so to speak. For those of you who may not know, every time you make a purchase at Walgreens you have the possibility of doing a survey and winning $3,000 as the grand prize. I hope everyone tries and I will get an enormous satisfaction when somebody wins that wonderful grand prize. I myself am on food stamps and buy a little food just to get the transaction and have the possibility of winning the $3,000 which I could surely use. It would be a wonderful thing in my life. I hope that someone out there wins the $3,000 and I will get vicarious satisfaction from knowing someone has in Salem and Kaiser Oregon. In fact if someone wins the $3,000 anywhere in Oregon I will feel a sense of pride. I thank you for your time and I and I thank you for reading my very long review. BIG shout out to Gavin, Tin, Yvonne and all the technicians and staff at the Hilfiker and Commercial Walgreens. They’ve been working non-stop throughout the pandemic, not only filling our prescriptions, but giving covid vaccines, flu shots, pneumonia and shingles vaccines… the list goes on. And I think they’re working without a full team as well. It can’t be stressed enough how integral pharmacists are to our medical care teams. And how a friendly interaction from a pharmacy staff can make a difference if you’re not feeling well! This team at Walgreens Hikfiker and Commercial are excellent. THANK YOU ALL. I had a great visit here at our local Walgreen's store. Very nice , helpful workers. Also sanitary and organized store. If the line for purchase was long, it went by fast! Great customer service. I would definitely recommend going here. I went and bought 2 packs of diaper huggies size 3 and made this cute diaper cake for a good friend of mine who just recently had a new babygirl. I love DIY's so I made her a baby diaper cake.but I brought everything else on the cake from another store. I just bought the diapers here.

EVERYTHING I NEED IS HERE! Checkout is always slow but the cashiers make sure your time passes quickly by asking a few questions about your shopping experience.

The pharmacy staff are always pleasant and efficient. In and out with minimal wait times.
