D&B Supply Pendleton

This place is like an ordinary D & B but the customer service is extraordinary. I was passing through and ended up buying some boots for myself that turned out to be the wrong size (my fault) and I needed to return them and find the correct size. Brittany was helping me in the store and said to call if I had any trouble with making a return. I feel like everyone says to, “call if you have trouble,” but Brittany actually meant it. I called and not only did she help sort out the return but called other stores to find the boot that I needed. She then kept me up to date on her search until a solution was reached. She certainly went above and beyond and I don’t even live in Pendleton. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had!

Love this place. Great local store with fantastic and friendly staff. Prices are kinda high but that's to be expected with our current economy.

Love the inventory and the service has been top notch. From our wood stove purchase to our dog food, every trip has been five stars.

Employees.were.very helpful they helped get me the stuff I was looking for quickly. When your there if you need help ask for Laurna she is just a delight to get your farming and or whatever needs

OMG!! They have absolutely everything you can think of from MissMe jeans to Black and Decker tools. I got a pair of Skechers work boots for $22 on sale off $90. Plus two pair of Carhartt wool socks that I wear daily. Lives their selection however their prices are not for the faint of heart. They have big-city prices but the quality to back it up.

Had my first experience with D and B Supply in Pendelton. The first interaction was by phone and was helpful, friendly, informative, and professional. Once I arrived, the folks helped get my ordered item and checked out quickly. I didn't have time to look through the store, but it looked like they had everything you could want for your farm, ranch, or home.

D&B is a terrific store - carrying a wide variety of quality products. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Purchased a shotgun for my 15 year old son and a rifle for my 12 year old who gets to start hunting with his own tags this year. The staff was absolutely amazing and so patient.

Great store. We make a trip to D&B several times a year. They have a lot of what we need.

Great selection of dog treats & dog supplies. Huge selection of clothes, mostly western, but there are some other styles. I always find shoes I like here. AND....they have flavored licorice!

Always go on Tuesday,senior day. Might as well enjoy the perks of aging.

Good ranch store with clothes, tools, garden supplies, western and work apparel, as well as a nice selection of firearms.

It's a toy store for Grown-ups... bring your money! You will find so many cool stuff that before you saw it, you didn't even know you needed it. It is a great store to shop at.
