Joe's Fiesta Mexican Restaurant

Wonderful experience. Beautifully presented food and absolutely delicious. They brought us 2 types of salsa with chips. 1 regular and the other was a cabbage salsa. I'd love the recipe. Margaritas were large and tasty. I ordered the chicken chimichanga and was happily full! Excellent experience.

I could live off of the AAA. Chick Ala Cremá. It is so flavorful and fresh every time I eat it. This review makes me crave it, so I guess I'll be going in today to get some. Joe, the owner, is such a cool dude. He's always there helping support his staff. The waiter that we always have is so nice! If you haven't tried this place, please do! This is coming from someone who knows her food! No need to thank me for the heaven that's about to touch your lips, your enjoyment is thanks enough.

I make sure to visit this place at least once whenever I am in the city. Amazing restaurant with great flavours and decent portions. They make a very decent blended margarita. Food is generally very delicious. Overtime I have tried quite a variety ranging from mole dishes, to taco shell salads, special sauce dishes and burritos. Everything has been up to the mark or better. Polite and swift servers with a beautiful ambience.

The food was amazing, the staff were all efficient and very friendly whether talking to locals that were obviously repeat customers or newbies like me.
The owner Joe, has the kind of personality that goes with extreme success. In the time I sat there having my dinner, there were several people he greeted by name and he had the same huge smile and quick friendly banter for everyone alike.
It was a very enjoyable experience and I hope I have the opportunity to visit again.

Great Service, authentic atmosphere

We stopped her for a late lunch. We were looking for a good Mexican food restaurant while traveling. Joe's doesn't say Mexican like we're used to, but the food was good. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Wow, A great place! I stopped for lunch and had the Chili Verde Pork Burrito. Tender cuts of pork in the green sauce. Scrumptious to say the least. Probably had a yum factor close to 5 stars. The service was superb..

Not kidding when I say this is the best Mexican food I have ever had!!! .... I'm usually never at a loss for words, but this place has me speechless. Perfectly grilled, tender chicken on the salad. The beef and chicken enchiladas were moist and super flavorful... And the cabbage salsa is one of a kind!.. So sad that we have to travel all the way to Pendleton (3 hours away) for this deliciousness, but we will be back! And Thanks to our waitress, Ariana, for noticing that we were outta-towners and telling us all about Pendleton while we were there.

Joe's is a great find in old town Pendleton. Authentic decor, delicious food and friendly and helpful wait staff.
I ordered the Mexican enchiladas and was very impressed with the spice blend and flavors. Some of the best enchiladas I've had in a long time. Also had a lime margarita that rounded out the meal perfectly.

Joe's is the absolute best Mexican in town, and the servers are so great! Joe is so friendly and wonderful with customers. Even when we've cut it close to closing and not realized- he's welcomed us in warmly and served us happily, never making us feel rushed. Prices are great, and portions are wonderful. Drinks are delicious, salsa and chips are the best!

My favorite thing was the service. The woman who helped us was so much fun. She really made our meal a wonderful experience.

Food was very good and worth the price. Only negative we had was the margarita was very sweet and there were no options for type of tequilas (I assume a inexpensive liquor). Regardless, a nice place.

The music from the door was amazing and continued until I left the restaurant. The food was splendid, I asked for spicy and they honored my request 🥵. The service was stellar and the margaritas 😩 worth it! Definitely coming back this is the spot for mexican food in Pendleton!!!

Everything was wonderful ❤ loved the food so much after having the perfect dinner we went back the next day. EverythingC to perfection 😍 carne asada tacos to die for! Fajita burrito shrimp melts in your mouth! Salsa verde burrito extremely satisfying! Chicken enchiladas make your heart happy! 💃🕺Staff and cook super friendly 💯% recommend eatting here!!!! 🌮

We have been to Oregon three times and ate at Joe's every time. Joe and his staff have excellent service and awesome tasting food.

My mom still raves about the pollo con/a la crema to this day, and it’s been almost 4 months.

Perfect mix of excellent food, service and a relaxed atmosphere. I was able to accomodate a restricted food plan due to medical issues simply by virtue of a large number of choices on the menu. Owner was on premises and everything was amazing.

This was what was left on my plate after eating until I was stuffed! As always everything was SO yummy and excellent service! Perfect date night with my hubby.
