Starbucks

This Starbucks is the local pre-order coffee spot. Early mornings cars have room to park, so customers can run in, grab their preorders, and leave. The coffee is excellent. So what if it’s a chain? The gentle people serving are sweet accommodating and efficient.

I asked the girl what they were doing with the store. No answer. I repeated “venti coffee” SEVEN TIMES. Just not the best at customer service imo. I’ll still give 5 stars. But some people need to improve social skills.

Great people! They’re very helpful and kind. My order was made with care; the barista made sure my drink was something they would personally drink themselves! I really appreciated that level of customer service and quality :)

I went in the afternoon so I missed the typical rush. I should have took a picture but I had a blended refresher and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and used the perfect portion of ice. I’m pleased

Nice spot with great customer service. Received my meal in a timely manner. Had a spinach feta wrap and a vanilla latte. Everything was delicious.

Stopped for coffee this week Red velvet cake was really good. The lady on the front sugested add Rasberry to my White Chocolate Mocha and let me tell you i fell in love. My daughter enjoyed her Non caffeinated Mocha Ha. Will come more often.

They were super busy and seemed short handed and looked like they might be having trouble with one of their machines but Maddie was still super friendly and my drink was delicious! Seemed like an overworked staff making the best of a rough morning. Thanks!

What a wonderful, exquisite place to get a perfect cup of coffee! The staff here are very friendly. More so, they are fun and energetic! Sometimes when you walk in you can hear the baristas laughing with each other and other customers behind the bar which goes to show that many of them enjoy their job. Parking can be hard to find at this location but I still recommend going in to get a cup of coffee.

I ordered a dark roast with cinnamon dolce, espresso, two splenda an a splash of milk. I need to know why they steam my milk when I didn't ask for that. It changes the chemistry and taste completely. Otherwise great service and efficient.

This particular Starbucks which is located in downtown Cleveland on West 6th Street. When do the things I noticed is that their staff as well trained. They're friendly courteous as well as professional.it's a good convenient location, but parking is at a premium. But it's well worth your time to go in there and check it out.there are few things that I noticed about this place that made me respect this particular staff there. I'm not going to say what it is but I have to say they did an act of kindness which I have very much respect.

FANTASTIC LOCATION! In an older building near downtown Cleveland Post Office and Rockefeller Building. Fantastic staff! Great atmosphere! Loved being greeted by locals as well. Great Starbucks. Definitely will return when I am back in Cleveland!!

Great drinks and food! I was in line and a family walked in behind me, and the staff kindly asked them to wait outside until another person left with their food. They do a great job on mandating masks and covid regulations.

My dog is always treated like royalty every-time we come in so my favorite Starbucks downtown ;)

Tony and the rest of the staff at this Location are the best. I come here all of the time. I read a review of this location by one other user from a couple of years ago and (s)he perhaps failed to realize that everyone everywhere doesn't always bring their A-game. The good thing about this Starbucks is that they at least try to improve when something has gone wrong and it is brought to their attention. They have even righted a wrong for me when I had a problem with another Starbucks closer to my house. If you go anywhere do not snap at the staff. They are there to help you, check your attitude before you speak to them. Don't start ordering when they aren't ready to take the order and if you don't run late to work you won't rush for coffee. Tip the staff, they like you more and are willing to accommodate you better.

I went downtown for a quick coffee, and I recognized the barista, as well as the manager (from a different store). I shared about a previous visit I made today at a different Starbucks way across town and I was extended coffee courtesy that will benefit coffee preparers and drinkers everywhere! 5/5 will return!

Went into this Starbucks when I was in town for the tattoo convention and was so happy to see all the flags they had up for pride month. Really helped me feel welcome. 🌈

Great staff! Great Coffee (obviously). Actually some of the best Managers and Employees I've ever encountered in the food industry/restaurant biz.
