Love this location in Lehigh valley mall! The associates are always so nice and helpful! Store is well stocked, organized and smells incredible! It's in a great, easily accessible location on the 1st floor.

Went on Black Friday .Everything was on sale 50% or more so definitely recommend going on sale period to get very good deals on lotion ,soap and body washes.

I had made an online order on the 31st of July and never received my package only to find out that it was still pending so I called customer service and a very sweet lady named Julie had helped me out she said that the order was “ghosted” which means it was lost and never processed so she set up a new order for me honoring the 20% off I had plus my free gifts and even offered me free shipping! She was very patient and kind and was eager to help me with my order. Thank you so much Julie for helping me with my order!!! I always receive great customer service from bath and body works !!

The staff is pleasant, friendly and very helpful.
I go when they have sales so I stock up and save a lot of money.
I like that they have a good variety of scents to choose from and have body care items as well.
Definitely my new favorite candle store.

I love Heather! She's always smiling. She's so easy to talk to. I look for her when I go in and when she isn't in, I ask when she works next. She's a delight. This is my favorite location thanks to her.

All the girls here will easily answer any questions you have about the product you are looking at. And they will be honest about what it's for, and how long the smell will last. They never push a particular product on me, which is very important to me. I don't want to be pushed at buying a candle if I'm looking at hand soap. Store is always clean and rarely do I find items out of stock.

Returns are easy here, they don't try and get you to buy more stuff or try and get you to exchange it for something else. I love these girls! Sorry for the long review but I wanted to make sure I explain in detail why this store is one of the best!

I love coming here!!! So many excellent products. And the best thing, you get to try them before you purchase them!!! Also, sales people are very willing to help you and are very qualified in all the merchandise!!! Wish all stores were run like bath and bodyworks!!! 2 thumbs up!!!!!

Super small little mall, not crowded at all. Store was fully stocked with nice associates. I was able to use discounts, coupons and my Victoria secret credit card. My favorite place in the whole entire world.

This store is inside the mall. The inside of the store is great just like any BBW, but the staff is what made the difference. All the women who worked there were very friendly, knowledgeable of various products, and eager to help. Will visit again!

This place smells... but in a good way. My wife and daughter dragged me around this store for over an hour making me smell stuff. I said Mmmm, I said Eww. I even sneezed a few times. The staff was super nice and very helpful.

This is probably the best BBW I shopped at. Its a small store but the staff and manager are so friendly and helpful! They really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, unlike the Lehigh Valley Mall BBWs where they are so rude and miserable. Definitely will shop at this store from now on!
