The people in this Starbucks are so kind, today I was having a bit of a tough day at work. So I stopped by and sat outside to catch a breath on my break and one of the girls came outside and gave me a cup of water and told me they noticed I was a bit tense. They are truly so sweet and have went out of their way to make me feel like an important and well respected customer to their store. Highly recommend stopping by, you’ll leave feeling respected and appreciated.

I absolutely love the iced pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks! It's the perfect autumn drink with its delicious blend of pumpkin, spices, and creamy goodness. The flavors are well-balanced and not overpowering, making it a delightful treat on a warm day. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're a fan of pumpkin and enjoy a refreshing twist on the classic fall beverage.

Amazing.. wish the starbucks by my home was as good as them. Destiny was so helpful and did wonderful job of paying attention to detail. I will go here everytime I'm at Lehigh valley hospital.

The young lady that took my order on 2/7/24 at 7 an is the nicest I ever encountered. She made my morning just by her happy , polite attitude.

Large location and fairly quick service. Employees were very friendly and drinks/food were good quality!

I love stabucks and have yet to find one that has disappointed me. The workers here were nice which makes or breaks it for me! I definitely recommend this starbucks. Heck, I recommend starbucks just in general.

Located right at the south mall. Perfect if you want to shop right after getting your iced coffee or iced tea(which is what I order). Real reason I'm making this review is to comment on the workers. Aaron, Kristen and Beth are my 3 favorite Baristas. Always greeting me with a smile on their faces, regardless if they are slammed or not. Allison is someone I also liked but she no longer works at this location sadly. But I wanted to mention her too!

When there is a long wait, they always apologize for the wait which is appreciated because it's shows you that they care. Once I waited in the drive thru over 15mins and they gave me my drink for free. I ended coming back later that day because of that. I highly recommend this Starbucks. Also I believe Sarah and Zach are the managers and if you ever have an issue, ask for them because they really do care about your concerns and will address them.

All employees where very friendly. Got my red cup. I love it.

I walked in because I’m on a road trip across the U.S. I like collecting the “Been There Series” mugs from every state, and the barista seemed to have a great interest in why. Top tier professionalism.

I am waiting on the completion of the remodel so I can get back into my daily routine. Morning pitstop at my Starbucks.

I stopped here yesterday afternoon because I had my infant with me on a road trip and the AC had gone out in our SUV. (Of course it was on the 100 degree day.) I cannot thank Destiny enough for her kindness and service. She kept an eye on the car seat while I changed him. Then, when he knocked over my FULL drink, she helped clean it up while being so empathetic. She even remade the drink for me. Thank you so much for making a terrible day better. You’re an amazing person.

I want to start by first stating the drive thru experience here is always top notch for such a busy establishment, but I felt almost defeated recently losing my father and falling into multiple health issues myself the lady in front of me paid for my order and wished me a nice day. It was absolutely beautiful and I hope she reads this because she really touched my heart at a very difficult time in my life.

I placed an order through Uber Eats and the drink came but the bakery items did not. I initially cancelled the items through Uber Eats to get the refund and then since I didn't have the drivers phone number called Starbucks. Starbucks admitted that the mistake was theirs and not the drivers and did apologize. Admitting that the mistake was theirs goes a long way with me and I appreciated the honesty. Without any expectation on my part other than just wanted to know how to go about reordering my items to get them the girl offered me compensation for my trouble. She didn't need to do that but I appreciated it so much! I have been coming to this Starbucks for about 10 years now and will continue to be a customer for another 10 plus years. I am giving them a 5 out of 5 stars and that might surprise some people because a mistake with the order occurred. And the 5 stars isn't for the gift card compensation. It is for the honesty! We are living in very different times than 20, 10, or even 5 years ago and a little honesty is what the world needs!
