Honestly this is the only location I have consistently gotten hot food at.

Employees were awesome in the back drive thru window with great customer service. Food was fresh, but I did ask for a Big Mac with extra sauce and it was a little dry 😂, but fresh so they still did great all in all. Very clean environment and the food was served quick💪🏽🙂

Food comes out on the higher end of the McDonalds scale

I always have a fresh hot lunch when I dine in. I never had any problems with this store location in Emmaus. People are friendly and the dining area is always clean.

we visited on a Sunday just before noon , interior dining room area was very clean and in order. staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. drive thru line seems to move quickly.

Man behind counter rocked it! Perfect customer service. I used to run a Mcdonalds so I'm a stickler and i can't help but critique everything thats brand McDonald. This McDonalds was an awesome experience from the time I walked in the door til the time i left. Food was fresh and tasty. Would 100% recommend!

Service was excellent, food was regular mcdonald's, playland was nice and clean.

Standard McDonald's. Has a great play place for kids. It's not usually very busy and the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Actually, it's definitely an above average McDonald's, especially for the Lehigh Valley. I've never had an order messed up and the service is quick.

This is a new bldg for this location. It looks very nice and much larger. There is a kids play area also. I don't come here often because I am trying to eat healthy. Wish they had more healthy options. Good place for fast food when you are in the mood for McDonald's.

Coffee is awesome and the sandwiches aren't slapped together leaving mayo all over the wrapper and burger half on half off bun (like other McD's). It's not close to my apartment but when in Emmaus, it's an enjoyable pitstop.

I couldn't be more impressed with the customer acknowledgement and service at this location. Mike went out of his way to ensure that we left satisfied and smiling today. Let's be real, things don't always go as planned in any restaurant. Today, when asked how the food was, I mentioned that the pancakes I had were a bit hard on the bottom. Mike not only had cookies remade for us, but also brought out complimentary hash browns and offered to remake the pancakes. This type of personable considerate service is what keeps customers coming back! Thank you Mike.

Please recognize Christian for great customer service! I came in for the Filet O Fish deal & the sandwiches were really warm & yummy. Look forward to coming back for my shamrock shake!

They updated it very nice since the last time I was there a couple months ago! The staff was friendly and they brought the food to the table, which is new. Pretty clean for a McDonald's play area too!

Food is always good although prices have gotten a bit high for fastfood

Newly renovated with nice touch screen ordering and new play place. Staff is friendly and brings the food to your table while kids can play, similar to chik fil a.

Great McDonald's. Food was presented good. They have a order yourself station, no waiting in lines and having cashier get your order wrong. Then they bring it to your table!

This is best McDonald’s ever. Very clean. Costumers service very very nice and smile all the time. And food is very good too. Will be back!

Stopped for some cheeseburgers. They were very juicy and the cheese was thoroughly melted. Much better than the average McDonald's burger.

My "new" Caramel Macchiato was very good and a lot less expensive than one from 🌟-b__cks. I had the classic Egg McMuffin. Quick friendly service made for an overall good experience. This Emmaus location is tops in the area.
