AT&T Store

Dee provided GREAT customer service for me & my 98 year old grandmother. He went above and beyond in assisting with my grandmother's cellphone bill. He also took the time to show me & my grandmother a more efficient way for her to utilize her cellphone. We are greatly appreciative of the superb customer service we received. Thank you very much Dee!!!

Arrived at the Brentwood, MO 10 minutes before closing having difficulty activating my daughters phone. She was frantic. Was welcomed by Jay and Ant. Shared that I knew it was closed to closing. They said "dont worry about that we will take care of you". Not only did they get my daughter activated they stayed after hours. Hard to find this kind of service. The best experience ever.

In a post covid world where “Customer Service” is becoming a seemingly lost art, the service provided by Jay B. (Not once, but twice) was really a top-tier experience. His product knowledge, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond was something that is so infrequently experienced in today’s world. I cannot stress this enough, if you’re in need of phone, internet, or AT&T’s other services offered by way of the Brentwood location, I would wait or schedule an appointment for this young man’s services. Brentwood ATT store is one of my favorite stores to visit. I schedule my appointment, I’m on time they get me right in. This particular day, I just needed a phone number changed on my business phone, I was in and out within 7 to 8 minutes. Nick was truly amazing and he took great care of me.
Visit this location you will not regret it.

Mr. Leopold gave my family and I exceptional service today. He was patient and pleasant throughout the whole process of transferring a line from my account, so my daughter could have her own AT&T account. I also ordered a Galaxy watch 6. Chris, The manager helped me beyond his knowledgeable Customer Service skills. He is a great asset to the AT&T corporation. He is so patient with the customers and displays a calm and positive attitude. We need more Managers and workers like him in the world today. We would have a better world to live in today.

I had to transfer accounts while also updating a phone and adding other accessories to my account. Tyler G and manager Bella were SOOOO helpful!! As well as manager Travis. This location is very busy so being here for a couple hours to manage my account allowed the staff to be super patient and working as a team to get things figured out as quickly as possible for me. Will definitely be coming back to this location for any of my future needs!

Jay has been fantastic! I had a challenging and time consuming phone situation we were trying to resolve and Jay stayed with it thru completion. I’ve also had a terrific experience with Brandon. Because of a surprise snowstorm, we weren’t able to keep our appointment at the store. But the store manager, Travis, drove through the snow to our house to help us set up our account! We had to go to the store the next day because of a problem with my husband’s new phone (not an AT&T product). Again, Travis was very helpful in trying to set up the phone. (It is a special phone made for blind people.) Travis went above and beyond to help!

Shay was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She exceeded my expectations in resolving my issue. She is a model of what exemplary customer service should be. I highly recommend her if you need assistance at the AT& T Store!!!!!

An employee from the Brentwood location by the name of Bryant helped my fiancé and I from about 5:30pm-8:15pm on Monday, 11/6/23.
He was very calm and patient the entire time and even stayed an extra fifteen minutes after close in order to make sure we were well taken care of. I can say with confidence that this is the best experience I have had with any employee at any AT&T store.

We came in for a simple upgrade and Jay assisted us with saving money switching from Verizon! He explained everything and made it make sense so the switch was SUPER easy. We also got my parents setup up with new internet and he made installation a breeze. Promote this man asap!

The AT&T store on Brentwood does a fabulous job! My advisor was Dee and he exceeded my expectations in every way. I needed to upgrade my iPhone from a 7S to a 14 and he was incredibly helpful, patient, clear with his explanations and answers, considerate, and very knowledgeable. Really appreciate this experience and for making this a positive visit!!

Came in to check some issues with my bill. Greeted right away by Jay and the process did not take long at all. Plus got a discount on my bill. Happy customer!
