Tyra helped gather my order rather quickly. Rallied assistance for five windows on two carts. Jon with support of the team assistance carefully loaded the windows in the Jeep. Then, on the cage. They guided me as I ratchet the three that needed to be on the back. Plus, gave me helpful tips for driving and care of the windows to prevent broken glass.

Easy peasy drive and carry inside to wait for my friend to help install.

The windows arrived at Lowe’s as explained during the ordering process.

During a few calls to check the team on the phone were helpful. And, made sure to add notes so both orders could be picked up together. Although Lowes received them at different times. Plus, worked with me on a pick up date around my trip and the contractor was sick.

I’m excited to buy more windows next season. For the second and final floor.

Well done, as always. Since 2004 you’ve been in my life when living in the area and upon return.

Austin did a wonderful job helping order windows. The quote on the phone from someone else ended up not being as much in person for the custom size 🙌🏼

Regardless of issues that arose for various reasons, like sizing to the Lowes card didn’t work from the contractor, Austin went with the flow. He problem solved to ensure the five windows, three specialty order, were perfectly sized. Submitted, and sent receipts digitally to help with paperwork.

It’s customer reps like Austin around the country that keep me visiting year after year regardless of the location.

I went last week to purchase shelving. The associate on the floor went out of his way to help me, and I really appreciate the time taken during the busy holiday season.

They carry lots of the trending tropicals and large plants. Prices are good and all the plants I have gotten there have been healthy. The Cedar Rapids location has an even bigger selection.

I do a lot of at home projects, and Lowes almost always has what I need at a fair price. Best part though is the customer service. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, always going above and beyond. Never have had an issue they haven't helped me solve. The picture is just showing an example of somethjng they helped me with, deciding on how to join, stain and treat.

We got a small Blackstone grill here, can't wait to use it! Big store. Big parking lot. Nice check out people.

I love their selection on everything from lightbulbs to lawn care. They have the BEST outdoor plant selection BY FAR. I've been to Menards (awful service & selection) & Home Depot & neither come close to Lowe's. Lowe's is the furthest to drive & desperately wish it were closer 😌

Called in needing help on a refund. After being charged twice on accident for a service plan. I spoke with Gregory and he was very helpful. He took his time to get me taken care of by looking into the matter thoroughly. Just saying thanks and great customer service.

I rarely write a review, but I had to after my last couple of visits to this Lowe's. Typically, their sales/customer service has been good. But the last two visits it has been truly exceptional. I had a plumbing project (I'm not a plumber) and had some questions each time I went in. In the first visit, the sales associate helped me figure out what extra parts I needed. In the second visit, the sales associate ended up pulling out his toolbox and fixed a part I had come in to replace (it was an old style fitting that stores no longer carry). I would have had to replace most of the drain plumbing up to the wall otherwise. He saved me hours of work!

Made a delivery here on 9/13. Woken up around 0500 from the lift operator letting me know he was ready when I was and I loved that. I was given clear instructions and even updated my company’s time for unload here because of how early the lift driver gets there. Honestly would love to deliver here again great Lowes

Found two beautiful light fixtures that fit perfectly with my bathroom. Easy to install, and fairly light weight.

We recently bought blinds here. The staff was super helpful and very informative.

Amazing customer service! Everyone was very kind and respectful in dealing with an issue that I had with a previous purchase that I needed help with. In shopping at other stores, I can honestly say their customer service and the quality of their lumber can't be beat. I will gladly drive further just to shop here. It's worth your time to be treated like a valued customer and not just another number. Thank you so much!

I really like how organized this store is which makes many items easy to locate. Every so often when I can’t find something there’s always been someone specific they would call on the radio. The help always arrives in a timely fashion and in my 4 or 5 experiences with this, was knowledgeable enough to tell me right away either exactly where the item could be found or inform me that they did not stock it but always offered to order it for me. Prices are a shade higher than some of their competitors however I don’t mind paying a little more when the service is on par. I like to think the company might be passing that on to their employees who are so well representing them.

Lost my card in the store looked for it couldn't find it I'm still able to pay for my purchase with my phone number and on the way out they ran me down because they had found it good employees good attitudes

Customer Service is amazing! Not sure if it's their hiring practices, training program or just two amazing associates named Mary and Chad, but I walked away on Saturday in a great mood. Linda at the front of the store is always so friendly and a big part of the reason I've always enjoyed Lowes in CR, but Chad and Mary knocked it out of the park. I was completely overwhelmed and ended up leaving with everything I needed and a smile on my face that wasn't there when I walked in. Thanks for the great customer experience!
