I’ve been going here for years and best staff who are very knowledgeable with everything in that store! The store is bigger now and have a lot more inventory to look at! As soon as you walk in they are ready to help! It’s even better when they already know what you get and have it ready! Thank you guys for being so kind to the customers who really know you! You guys are great at what you do!

She usually already has my items ready to go for me, offers amazing customer service, and is just good at her job. There’s other smoke shops around town, but I prefer to shop at Smoke City!

Always have the accessories, or items I need. When they don't have something they will let you know if and when more are coming, or they make a request with the boss.
Only thing I dont like is how often they change employees. Very seldom do they stay past 2 or 3 months..

Staff is very friendly, helpfull, and knowlegable about their products. They arent overly pushy for sales. Always greeted when you come thru the door. Least expensive place to get supplies for RYO cigarettes.
